i have purchase the set on 2/12/2011 but on 26 jan mobile started problem as sited above .on 2 feb i go to service center alwar ( rajasthan ) they updated my mobile software but the problem is not sorted out they told me to come after 7 days as updated software is not available , then 16 feb ones again they updated the software but still problem is not sorted out then they again told to come after 7 days as the updated software has been under test trial for this model.
and when i contact the customer care i didn't get the positive response.
we all heard that the Samsung is one of india most trusted company but it has launched the set without software testing in market
pls help me
