Dear sir,
I have one Samsung mobile model is GTS5233S,which is purchased in 24/10/2011.But now i have network problem with in a three months.I got my mobile after software update in Samsung service center.But it is not use the problem is repeated again in my mobile.So i give the mobile again to service center which is
SAKTHIVEL ELECTRONICS ,D.A.COMPLEX,FIRST FLOOR,SEVENTH STREET,GANDHIPURAM ,COIMBATORE.

I gave the mobile at 31.01.2012 but still now my mobile is not ready so iam out of communication from my family and my office.So kindly arrange to supply without any problem as soon as possible.
I hope Samsung product is very hope well product.But now i loss my hope by this problem.I cant suggest to another people to get the Samsung product.If you cant take any action to avoid the customer satisfaction then the name is spoiled at soon.
