Samsung Mobile Handset — DEFECTIVE HANDSET | |||
I HAVE PURCHASED A SAMSUNG MOBILE HANDSET NAMED SAMSUNG E 2120 ON 07/06/2010. THE HANDSET HAVE ALREADY UNDERGONE 3 SERVICES FROM SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRES BUT THE SAME PROBLM PERSIST. THE PROBLM WITH THIS SET IS THAT ONCE IT GOES OFF IT NEVER GETS ON AGAIN. SINCE THE SET IS DEFECTIVE OR ITS THE MANUFACTURING DEFECT THEREFORE THE SAMSUNG CO SHOULD REPLACE IT WITH NEW ONE AS PER CONSUMER RIGHTS IS CONCERNED. IF THE CO DOESNT LOKK OVER THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY THEN I WILL HAVE TO GO TOTHE CONSUMER COURT. DHRUBA MAJUMDAR KOLKATA Was this information helpful? | |||
