I had registered a complaint for my faulty, in warranty phone on 19/8/2012. It had some display problem. I was told I would be called back within a week to confirm the problem and the time it would take to repair. I never got a call regarding the same. After 10-15 days I called and even went to the service centre again and was asked to submit an I.D at the service centre so that I could be issued a cheque as they were having some major problem. I did the same, the very next day.
Now I call the Lakshya service centre everyday, have talked to Neha, Priti and even the service centre manager as well but they say they are not sure if they will repair or grant me a cheque for the phone. Meanwhile I needed a smart phone for my mails and other official work , so I got another handset. So if I get the handset back repaired , it would be useless for me.
Such a service quality was not expected from samsung atleast.
Sir, kindly look into the matter and hasten up the process as it has been more than 3 months now. I have already sent multiple messages to the CEO office of Samsung. I even got a call from Samsung manager a few weeks ago assuring to get the job done in a week; but in vain. I am planning to take a strict legal action soon.
