[Resolved] Samsung Mobile India — Disappointed with the service | |||
I bought a note II 20 days back. Now a liquid is spreading across my screen internally and have been asked to replace the screen of a new bought phone. The tech support team agrees that there is no accidental damage, but yet I have been asked to pay for the repair charges (even though the phone is in warranty). I do not understand what exactly is the warranty for, that I have to pay for the repair charges of an internal damage. Samsung mobile has a pathetic service. What was the point of buying an expensive phone with warranty? Was this information helpful? | |||

Exactly...no point buying such expensive phone under warranty as it is of no use.. A similar thing happened to me as well.
