[Resolved] Samsung Mobile India - Omnia I900 — Technical woes not met under warranty not | |||
The worst consumer service I have ever come across. Purchased Omnia in Aug-2009, the set did not work in the US, got back to India and gave it for service with additional technical complaints to Samsung Service @ Nehru place Delhi. The service center number never seems to be answered. Went there in person, the manager promises to expedite the process and get back to me with a replacement phone or money. The manager also is not courteous enough to answer the calls when he has given his cell number to the customer, now you can guess the standard of service Samsung keeps. Put up a complaint on Samsung website, no one has gotten back to me yet( its about a week now). Decided to drag Samsung to consumer court. Will never go for Samsung products anymore and will never recommend also. Was this information helpful? | |||
