I happened to visit Samsung service center during current year. I was encountered with irresponsibly behavior mentioned as under -
1- Once I reached the service centre at 9.30 AM in connection with mobile service. The store keeper of centre said that the time of centre is 10 AM. He belied me as the time is 9.00 AM.
2- I happened to visit service centre on 11.10.11 at 3.0 PM. The mechanic said to me to come within one hour for repair of set Galaxy fit.I returned after one hour to the service centre. The mechanic informed me that I have not yet examined the set. In this way, he did not behave me in befitting manner. It is really disgusting that Jind centre is providing poor service to the customers.
