[Resolved] Samsung Mobile - Model - GT S 5603 — Mobile software problem not rectifying | |||
Hello sir, My name is Lakshman Kumar.Pratti. I bought a mobile Samsung- gt s 5603 10 months ago, since last month i have been facing problems with my mobile, i gave it to samsung service center two times at Ameerpet and Basheerbagh,but the problem is not solved.The service center technicians say it is the problem of the software which is installed in all mobiles of same model, they cann't be solved, they suggested me to call coustomer care.I called to the coustomer care ( technical support). They registred complaint no - [protected], but didn't tell me when the problem will rectified.They have registred my request and forworded it to the company, my warranty period will expire within 2 months .please suggest what to do.
