[Resolved] Samsung / Mobile Model Sgh E840 — Product Replacement | |
I purchased the Samsung mobile from the HOT SPOT mobile center in Janakpuri Comunittee center and since the time of purchase which was 28th November 2007 the phone has been sent 3 times to the service center at B-26, GR, FLOOR, MOTI NAGAR NEW DELHI Ph.[protected] but after few days of repair the same problem comes in and mobile doesn't works at all. Though I have mailed to the customer care twice at support.[protected]@samsung.com but there is no response from them and when called into their Customer care dept. they promised to get in touch with me for the same reason but still there is no response. Later when I called in to the service center at the above mentioned address to get the status on my mobile and it seemed to me that they have lost the handset as they have failed to locate the device when I myself visisted the service center and asked for my cell phone. kindly help me or guide me how to proceed further in this senario.
