[Resolved]  Samsung Mobile — Motherboard Replacement

Address: West Delhi, Delhi

Hi.

I have a Samsung Smart Phone Galaxy S II GT-i9100. *355310/04/587204/5*

My cell phone is still under warranty and it's good till 12-Jul-2012.

Since I have bought this cell phone I have been facing heating Issue the moment I plug it in for charger it heats up so bad that i might blast. There is no hardware damage on my cell phone.

Yesterday I went to Samsung Services center Moti Nagar New Delhi to get it repaired as my cell phone was not turning on and I was under impression that it is still under warranty so Samsung will repair it however they don't want to repair it until I pay "9000/rs" as they want to change the board.

Even if they wish to chance the board why should I pay when it is still under warranty? Samsung has found the way to cheat their customers. I have a Samsung Notes as well and I do recommend people to go with Samsung however it seems this company has started doing wrong commitment and found the way to do scams. If the product is in the period of One year warranty and if the board needs to be replaced then why should people have to pay for it? Is this warranty is meant for?

I am not at all satisfied with the Samsung customer services people do not respond properly and they don’t even know how to talk as some bunch of people there and completely illiterate.

Now the only way I think to get this problem resolve is to file a complaint in the consumers court and post blogs on the every website where Samsung proudly says that they are the best.. No matter what happens I will keep on posting these blogs and will keep filing the complaints against this and next email I will be doing to the Samsung TOP OFFICIALS IN NEXT 24Hrs.

I do not have 9000/rs and want my cell phone to be repaired which SAMSUNG WAS SUPPOSED TO DO AS IT IS STILL IN WARRANTY. Can some guide me or suggest what will be the best thing to do in this scenario.

Thanks and Regards.

Samsung motherboard can be changed. If your phone is still under warranty, just bring it and they will replace it a new one. As long as it is valid for warranty. If you try rooting your phone or do something illegal, The only thing you can do is find someone selling boards of S3 and buy it to him personally then go to a technician and ask him to put the board
Hello friends today i am going to suggest one thing please do not buy samsung smart phone i purchased a samsung galaxy note 4 and after 1 year the mother board get damaged the samsung is only one company which mobile not getting damaged in 1 year after one year it gona damaged and 60 perc mobile mother board getting damaged so plz not to buy samsung mobile better u buy vivo
Samsung actually sucks. My phone was under warranty but charging point was loose. Samsung service center person said that there is dent in the top left of the phone hence warranty gone. left with no choice, i was later informed that motherboard is faulty. Guess what - motherboard is not under warranty except for first 3 months and that too technical damage whatever it means. Charges 10k. Threw it and never will buy samsung. Cheats should tell that warranty lases the moment it is unboxed. No issues with service center guys -they do what they are told to do and they are nice. It is the company which is cheating 23k phone did not last 12 months
I buy a samsung A20 phone after 1 year its hardware damaged.. Then i buy samsung M21 after 1 year its mother board damaged.
