i purchased a samsung 39 inch tv and within 1 year the electronics have gone bad. the tv requires repairs of 20000.00 which is too much just after one year. can samsung india do something to bail out the situation.my tel number is [protected].

This problem was faced by me also
i purchased a 32'' samsug LCD
It stopped showing the video on its 13th month purchase...
The samsung person quoted 19000 for repair.
since then the TV is hanging on my store wall..Nvr purchased a samsung unit since then.

This problem is faced by many consumers bt instead of correcting or helping the costumers
they keep on selling those faulty units... DISHONEST

      Samsung/splitA/C — No Proper Service

      I Have just had my split A/C serviced 2 days ago but has gone from working to not working, To get connected to the local line I had to wait 20 minutes and was charged Rs, 20/- for the calls I did not even recieve frome the service dept, After get in touch from the through a friend I was told that I had to pay for the extra service which is not right as The service people had made a mistake since as I am sill under warranty. I wish someone can look into the matter I would be most greatful.

      Samsung AC — no proper service

      i have requested for AC service on customer care centre number [protected] at 5 pm on 4-2-2010. At the time of request the executive had enquired about warranty period and copy of bill. But today morning time, the local dealer of your company has enquired about bill and the date of purchase of AC. My mother has given all the details which he enquired. But now a time is 6 PM but the local dealer has not made any service only harrassing us on phone and enquire again and again about bill and date. Nobody has come my home and only made a call on my house landline number or my wife's mobile number. Kindly suggest and tell me if you company is unable to do my AC service then I will arrange some thing more. Please reply as early as possible and no phone please again. I want action only OK

      Samsung split A.C — not providing proper service

      i have purchased a samsung split a.c on dated 28.04.2009 from m/s navrang electrovision ludhiana tin no.([protected]).with bill no.A-12293.but company has given me a rejected or deffected piece.from the date of purchase a.c was not cooling properly i make many complaints regarding this but my problem remain same bun now from some days a/c automatically stops after five minuts and it starts automatically after one or two hours.i make many complaints regarding this on the customer care no.30308282.but they did not sent any person to me.kindly solve my problem and took legal action against the company and against service provider. i have done compalaints approximately 20 times i'm giving the complaitnts no. below.

          Sir, I had bought samsung laptop model RV 509 on last Apr 2011 but its battery was not upto the standard and giving only 1 and 1/2 hours instead of 3 hrs output as told.Whwn I complained about they replaced it with battery from service centre at R S Puram Coimbatore. Now The situation is more worst as the battery is working only for 45 mins or so.In service centre they had not provided me the battery replaced slip with the number of the battery.What should I do.           same laptop i have and have simmiler problem, also below problem (Major)

          I bought samsung RV509-A0CIN laptop more then 1 years back and i feel now that this laptop has overheating issue because of that laptop goes in hang state then i have to hard boot every time and because of that i hv lost one HDD.i can feel the overheating.Any suggestion.

HANDSET TO THE DISTRIBUTOR HE RETURNED THE HANDSET BACK TO ME AND SAID THAT THE HANDSET WILL NOT BE CHANGED BECAUSE THE I.M.E.I. STICKER WAS NOT ON THE BOX . PLEASE TELL ME THAT WHAT WAS MY MISTAKE IF THE STICKERS WERE NOT THERE . HOW SERVICE CENTER MAKE THE D.O.A. WHEN STICKERS WERE NOT AT THE BOX. BOX. I ALSO TALKED TO MR.                 I 'ad purchased one Samsung AC 1.5 ton last year 30jun2010 from an
                authorized dealer mathura .last season faced cooling problen in ac i
                called at Samsung Customer care centre and logged my compalint but i
                didnt received any resonse , even after 20 days when i again visited
                to customer care they told that we donts have any complaint. again i
                faced the same problenm i m continous visiting samsung service center
                for last 45 days . they told me that there is some problem in cooling
                coil and right now we dont have , there is shortage in company so
                right we cant do anything , But after several reminders and calls at
                at sevice center of samsung , But till date no such service is
                provided from Samsung. I have been felt cheated and totally frustated.

                there is a parts problem in my 1.5 ton samsung ac.i had reg.my complain on 26/11/2010.till now no mechanic visited.& the local service says there is no parts avaliable till now.what can i do pl suggest.

                The samsung customer service is pathetic.AC is still under warranty, there was gas leakage.They took the AC for repair and didn't return or even call back after nearly a month.And it's summer here..I called back just to get irritating and irresponsible answers.

                Condesor chnging and gas filling i paid 4300. planning to sue in consumer court, kerala. papers are under processing for filing case.

                  I had bought a side by side samsung refrigrator from croma at Bangalore Banaswadi ring road on 16th August 2009
                  and on the 5 th December 2011 we noticed that the refrigrator part was not cooling and the food stored in was getting spoiled so I lodged a complaint and it was seen to by one Mr. Sylvester, engineer of the company, who gave us to understand that the thermacoal in the cover evaporator had become wet and it needed to be changed. I was quite annoyed when he told us this, as we have had Kelvinator and BPL fridges before work for years without any problem.
                  after a lot of arguement we agreed and got the part changed paying Rs. 1693/=. Now we have faced the same problem over again and the same engineer Mr. Sylvester came over after much reluctance as he would not bein this area at the time we are back home,this is the kind of service extended after the product is bought paying so much.....He checked the fridge and cleared the ice that had collected in the cover evaporator and tells me that we would not have a problem for 4 to 5 months, which means this is a recurring problem life long. To add to this his team leader Mr.Devaiah says that this fridge requires continuous power supply as it is designed to defrost every 8 hours and at any given time when there is a power cut the continuity changes and this results in this sort of problem. I would like to know if every one owning the samsung side by side fridge is facing the same problem,if so there would be no takers for this hopeless product , as power cuts are very common in our country. Moreover this clause should have been displayed and it should have been brought to the notice of the customer and we would never have gone in for this refrigrator. All I can say is that this refrigrator is defective and the company should solve my problem as I cannot keep getting it repaired every 4 months after paying Rs. 61000/= for the fridge plus Rs. 1693/-last December. My neighbour owns an LG side by side and she has not faced any problem with the power cuts, as well as my freezer portion is working satisfactorily with the power cut, then how is it the power cut does not affect the freezer portion. I want this problem to be solved as early as possible . THE NEXT COURSE OF ACTION WILL BE AFTER HEARING FROM YOU.

                        I have booked a samsung galaxy tab with 100best buy . Till now i have not received any mail from their side and also not received teh material. When trying there customer care number nobody is picking up the phone. Money transfer has been done by ATM cum Debit card so no transaction coupon is with me. Now i am under trmendous pressure. Kindly do the needful to help me for teh same.They are just making people fool. Kindly try to recover my amount from them

                        Samsung Galaxy Tab — MOBILE STOLEN FROM THE CAR

                        ON THE DATE OF 17 SEP 2011 I WAS COMING BACK FROM MY OFFICE HDFC BANK CHATTARPUR DELHI TO HOME FATEH PURI DELHI-110006 AND WHILE I WAS PASSING FROM OLD DELHI STATION AT APPROX-6.15 IN THE EVENING ONE BOY APPROX AGE 23YRS BANNED HIS KNEE ON MY CAR AND STARTED SHOUTING I PUT MY LEFT WINDOW DOWN AND WAS TALKING TO HIM BUT SUDDENLY ANOTHER BOY CAME AND DISTRACTED ME DURING THAT TIME THE EARLIER BOY STOLEN MY SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB FROM MY CAR AND STARTED RUNNING AND THEN THE OTHER BOY ALSO RAN AWAY .I TRIED CHASING THEM BUT THEY GOT DISAPPERED IN THE CROWD .I REPORTED THIS TO THE OFFICER SITTING AT THE NEAREST CHOWKI HAS PASSED THE MATTER TO THE NEAREST POLICE CHOWKI AND THEY HAVE TAKEN MY COMPLINT BUT DID NOT GAVE ME ANY FIR COPY .REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY ARRANGE TO TRACK MY PHONE AS I HAVE THE IMEI NO --[protected] AND THE MOB NO LAST USE WAS-[protected] VODAFONE.TE PRICE OF MY MOBILE WAS rs32920.MY ALTERNATE MO NO--[protected],,,[protected] AND [protected]@ROCKETMAIL.COM

                          Dear Respected Sir,

                          Had purchased Samsung Galaxy S2 on 5/4/2012 and I am extremely unhappy with the product as well as the service. For the first few days with all the issues mentioned below I thought maybe these are just initial tithing problems. However, after 15 days also the problems persist and infact each day I face a new problem.
                          Following are the issues with the phone.. and each day new issue arises so the list is un ending:
                          1) Heating up of the phone
                          2) Phone hangs up while operation
                          3) At times incoming and outgoing calls there is no voice.(phone goes blank).
                          4) The camera hangs while clicking the snaps and is restored only when the battery is removed.
                          6) Sometimes all activities on phone comes to a standstill untill the battery is removed and phone restarted.
                          7) The overall processing of any applications takes lot of time
                          8) Most of the apps do not work.
                          Pathetic experience. Shopkeeper does not acknowledge it at all. Says will repair it. But why should I get my brand new phone repaired. that too of 30,000/-rupees.

                          Very Very unhappy. Samsung has made me run across Samsung outlets and customer care numbers but all in Vain. Now finally writing to you with a hope that you with act on this without any further delay. Need a replacement or money back

                              i am sushil khosla from mumbai. I purchased 2 handsets of samsung galaxy y pro duos young GT-B5512.
                              1- from magnet store, sion circle, mumbai
                              2- from divine cellphone services sion circle, mumbai
                              the one we purchased frm magnet store is working good which is using my younger brother.
                              but the second one that i am using was purchased from divine cellphone services, sion circle mumbai was the worst purchase of my life as i am getting problem in connecting that handset to the pc for internet usage. i called up ur customer service so many times as u may chk the details but none of the agents was able to solve the prob.
                              one o[censored]r very stupid cce arranged a call back for me frm tech support dept on ur convenient time not mine (whats the fun of that while i was in my working time and on the way) finally i calldp your cust service today i was very disappointed. i am feeling sad to say u hav very bad people in ur customer support team who disconnected my phone call twice saying that they r not getting me and disconnected within 5-10 seconds. i can tell you the names also firstly pushp lata then one more agent (dont know name) and arun at the third time did the same and disconnected my call saying the same thing but trust me i am using the best network provider and never get any trouble fourth tine while i called up from diff mobile no (same service provider) ur cce picked up and assisted like talking with a new customer..i had complaint about those three cce to one of so called senior name surjit but he said there is no call record registered in todays date with my name and phone number ( i have the recordings also i[censored] want)..trust me ur stupid customer service agents are not working properly for what the are being paid..
                              see sir i am fed up of samsung and never recommend anyone in the future after this disappointment as u people are not able to solve a little prob o[censored]r handset of worth rs 10,000 and ignoring while a customer calles up for support..and its happening for last more than 1 month..
                              i just wanted to inform you about this rest is up to you folks to find out and solve..at least provide the proper service i[censored] people are selling something with commitments.
                              and kindly note my problem of handset is still there unsolved..

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                I am unsatisfied by service of samsung home appliances. I have purchased one split Air Condtioner Model No.AS125UGF dated on 27/04/2012. But i have no information for installation till 28/4/12. Then i have called to customer care center for this but they satisfied to me about that our service engineer will be come on 28/4/2012.

                                But till 4.00pm nobody will come on given time then i rang up again to him on mobile number [protected] and told today is not possible our man can be come on 29/4/12 till 1pm.

                                Dated on 29/4/12 service engineer come on my house 42-b kailsh bose lane - howarh 711101sharp at 4.00 Pm and start a fillting they have fit to angle for fitting a compresor. But due to objection of my socity and other people we have decide that we should change the plan of fitting. On this point i have talk to service person but they have not convencied. and live the work uncomplete on 1917 hr and told to us we will not work and nobody force to us for this.

                                Sir/ Madam i completely sorry to purchase samsung home appliance.

                                  we purchased samsung ac 1.5 years back and we got cooling issue and ac was not working completely. We made complaint and service engineer has come and told the gas leakage issue and we need to take it to showroom and fill the gas. They have taken the ac to the showroom and after so many repeated calls they came back with ac and charged around 3500 for gas filling. We paid the amount without even checking whether ac was working as we didn't believe that much poor service. And shockingly, the ac was not at all working and it was in the same condition as before and they have again taken back the ac and repeated the story again. After so many repeated calls, they brought ac and ac is not working at all and in the same condition. My elderly parents and my younger kid are suffering a lot in this hot summer climate without ac. It is really frustrating and giving me lot of stress and affecting my health severely.

                                  I am going to consumer court and i made everything ready and spoke with lawyer also.

                                  So i am giving note here just to instruct others and such a worst and poor service from Samsung.

                                  Samsung — Samsung Split AC

                                  We purchased Samsung Split AC (Bio Sleep)about 2 months back and it was working fine until summer began!!!
                                  There is NO cooling effect as the Compresser does not turn.!?? The customer care is just not upto the mark and can say it's pathetic. It took 5 working days for the technician to turn up at our house. And he simply checked and suggested that the Voltage is not sufficient for the AC's compressor to switch on.. so we've to upgrade our power supply. If this was case, they should have informed us at the time of initial installation. They did not do so.

                                  But the Technician failed to explain why exactly similar units are properly working in the same locality!! So request you all not to purchase such products without checking the customer care... which is really PATHETIC..
                                  Am still awaiting for resolving the problem with our AC.. Spending 3K on a local Air cooler would have been a better choice I suppose

                                  Samsung — REGARDING GAS LEAKAGE OF AC

                                  Respected sir,
                                  I have purchased Samsung products of worth Rs 110500.00(One Lakh ten thousand five hundred rupees (three Air conditioner)from DEE KAY VISION Pvt. Ltd., Sector-8c, Chandigarh. I have purchased my Air conditioner on 19th March 2008 and the product worked well through out the two or three weeks only. After that I found that gas is leaked from the system.
                                  Samsung Chairman’s Vision statement says “Samsung product will live to customers expectation and enjoy that”. I am sorry to say that this does not meet this vision statement. More than that it has become a liability and pain because to get the servicing people is also a big trouble for all consumer people like us.
                                  Following are the details of my recent experience Request made for servicing by telephonic call which BP No is :- [protected]
                                  Every time when I call the dealer number[protected], the cumstomer care executives says the service manger will call us .But there is no response on that side.

                                  Absolutely true. I am facing a similar problem. No use calling at the service center. Didn't know that Samsung's after sale services are so bad that they dont solve the problem for so many days. I filed a complaint on Samsung service centre regarding the service of the Air conditioner on the 14/04/2009 and was promised that an engineer will visit on the same day before 8 P.M. But the engineer came on the 19/04/09. After checking the A.C. he said that there is a problem in the A.C. and some will come on the 20/04/09 to take the A.C. to the service centre and do the repairs. And the A.C was supposed to be returned on 21/04/09. No one is here yet for the repair. I would advice every1 not to buy a samsung A.C ever.

I strongly recommend not to buy samsung AC forever.
                                  I bought the LG washing machine.Compared to samsung's service, LG's service (response) is much more better.

                                  SAMSUNG SPLIT AC — Poor service in fixing my AC

                                  I had a recent poor experience of Samsung in servicing my AC. The compressor conked off after 1 year of purchase. It took Samsung 3 weeks to fix my AC. This took numerous calls to their call center and numerous follow up calls with their head of Pune service. There were visits by 5 to 6 technicians before they fixed the AC. They apparently outsource the service to Modern enterprises in Pune. The owner of Modern enterprises is a fellow to keeps making false promises about attending to the complaint and sending the technician "today", but never keeps his promises. He would not answer my phone calls. I had to resort to sending SMS messages to him to ensure quick action. The secret that I heard from their technicians is that Samsung has shortage of parts for the ACs and hence the delay in servicing all customers. I will never buy anything from Samsung again.

                                  SAMSUNG SPLIT AC — UNATTENDED

                                  I HAD PURCHASED SAMSUNG AC IN APRIL 2010. THE ISTLAATION TEAM APPOINTED BY SAMSUNG HAD DOME VERY BAD QUALITY INSTALLATION.                                   I bought samsung split ac on 3rd june 2011. the retailer told me that the technician will visit your house tomarrow and he will install it.Technician did not came for a week. Then,The retailer called another technician and he installed it but unfortunate there was no power to check the working condition and he told me that when powe will come just plug it and start, it will work.He charged Rs. 2000 for two AC and run away .After many calls he never turn back.I complained to customer care service, they told me that service personnel will visit your house within 7 days .But so for no body has visited since 15 days. I am too much frusted after buying such item of samsung. and samsung technical services are zero.I will never buy samsung items again and I will ask my friends also not to buy samsung any item.

                                  The worst quality Aluminium coils being used by Samsung is indeed a problem that is all over the net. The company should really stop the scam of gas refilling service business and work for the consumers.

                                  Even I am facing similar issue of gas leakage and have been quoted a price of Rs. 5000/- for changing the coil from Aluminium to Copper and getting the gas refilled is another Rs. 2000/- .


                                  It makes sense not to buy Samsung products than to pay such service charges later on.

                                  Samsung is using sub-standard aluminium coil for the split Airconditioners. Result is that within a year or two there is a need to change the condenser coil and for which company charges exorbitantly. Another problem is sub-standard quality of metal sheet which makes the gas leak. Almost all Samsung AC users complain about leakage of gas

                                  It is very very strange why SAMSUNG has turned a deaf ear to all complaints.
                                  Samsung Bio-sleep we bought in the year 2010 with 3 years we almost refilled the Gas 9 times every 4 month they service engineer telling gas leaked. i am very upset with the samsung service. i don't know where i have to take the issue .i don't who will give the solution for this.

                                    I have visited your company's mobile service center located at Near King's Photo Studio,Tithal Road, VALSAD around three-four times. But the behavior of the authorized person over there is very rude and unsatisfactory almost all time. He always gives such a long time of waiting [minimum 1-2 days] for even resolving a very nominal problem.

                                    Moreover, he is not providing sealed packed original accessory which is required to be replaced in handset during the warranty period. He rudely said that all accessories are coming in loose packing only. Then how should we believe that it is original??

                                    During last visit [which he had said to come on my previous last visit], When I asked to replace battery of my handset as it was not working properly under warranty period, he surprisingly gave me battery from another mobile by removing from it and stating that it was new & original only !!! How can we believe it is new & original?? When I started arguing for it, he rudely said that there is no other battery with him except that removed one and further I will get another new one only after a week!!! Would he has only a single battery that too not in packet??

                                    I seriously think that there may be a racket of piracy over there.

                                    Please look into the matter very earlier.
