[Resolved]  Samsung Mobile — Display not working

Respected Sir,
I have puchased samsung corby pop GT C3510 from IJ-SHAN GIFT CENTRE CST fort mumbai date 25/06/2010. this mobile handset is full touch screen. after purchase screen become totaly blank so I change screen from Samsung care Borivali Mumbai. Which is about 100 km from my home. and Now it's screen again not supporting well and hanging always. Touch screen runing very slow. this is second time in one month. I cant go 100 km Regularly to change or Repair it. I am suffering from Samsung GT C3510 Bad service. Handset is now in warranty period.

Samsung — samsung corby pop not working

just its being 2 months i have taken cellphine samsung corby pop its being not working properly 1stmeomery card slot isnot working after that while surfing internet on cell its display become white wen repaired den it gets screen touch problem what the hell is samsung a brand and in service center its 90% of repairing cells are corby whats the problem with corby i want my cell phone to be replaced what is way to buy a cell phone of a budget 6,500 and its not working i want replaced or else i will go to consumer court thats it.

Dear Sir,
I had submited my mobile Samsung Corby for repairs under warrenty on 22 June 2011 at Samsung repair centre at Borivali (W). Our repeated follow up has resulted in no response from their end.
The details of the corresspondance is here with attached.
I am fed up of this problem.

dear samsung india or global saamsung this is not the way in which you treat your customers and i would suggest youll to learn somthing from blackberry people how well they treat their customers in india and sir one by one till you send me my new instrument to my residence i will have to spread the treatment youll have meeted to me being a small and law abiding citizen of india and this is how youll are treating indians and their instruments which are given for small minor repairs under guarantee period are not returned since almost 4 months and they are not even bothered to replace it with a brand new instrument which they gaurantee when we buy the new piece from the store and samsung will have to be exposed for their misdeeds very soon , regards, to blackberry india, jayant shah.

dear sirsand samsung management , now youll have seen for yourselves that they are still not giving me my mobile instrument and youll are also acting stingy and funny if youll are not able to give me my repaired instrument for so many days and months then it is your companys duty to give me a fresh instrument and it is worth only in a few thousand rupees and not in crores of rupees so why cant youll send me new piece as replacement and end the matter and i am so much upset that if youll dont send me new instrument at my residence i will go to consumer courts in india plus i will also give this matter in the news papers if i dont get my new instrument urgently now i will not accept my old instrument as time is over , thanks, jayant shah. dear sirs, if you can keep my mobile instrument for so many days and youll have not even given me any instrument for temperory use sir i am scared to say that such things wont do in indian market as no body can wait for so long a period for a mobile instrument to be repaired and to get back and i want to bring up this matter at the highest level how youll treat indian customers and i will also inform mr. anna hazare to raise a voice against ill treatment of indians by foreign goods manufacturers and also bring the matter in district consumer forum and claim damages for keeping my instrument with youll for such a long period and also claim mental harrasment charges so please either give me my repaired instrument before the 10th of october 2011 latest or on or before the 12th of october 2011 give me a brand new instrument door delivered at my residence or you face the legal consequences for harrasing a indian customer like me unnecessarily , regards, jayant shah [mobile nos. dear sirs, it is very sad to know that i had given a samsung corby cdma model f339 purchased on 9/2/2011 and instrument of mine was given for repairs at your borivali west centre on 22/6/2011 and it was simple phone restart problem for which they said that they would have to send it to the factory but sir till today i am waiting for them to call me up to tell me that your phone has got repaired and phone has come so please collect it from borivali west outlet and sir my receipt no. is 21742 ie. work order no is mcb 21742 and if it is not possible for youll to repair it then please replace it with a new instrument at the earliest otherwise i will have to go to the consumer grievience cell since i suppose that i am being taken for a ride by your samsung service centre boriwali west , their phone nos. 28924300 and 28924301 are always kept engaged by them so i had to inform youll by email please get it delivered new piece if youll are unable to repair since i have waited for very long time and i have alkso given zerox copy of the invoice along with the complaint so please do the needful at the earliest or if i dont get my instrument at the earliest i wiull have to take shelter of consumer court , thanks, jayant shah [ mobile no.
