Samsung Mobile — Not solve bluetooth problem | |||
TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN Dear Sir, I was purchased a Samsung Mobile Model No.3530 from Yash Mobile (Pancheshwar Tower – Jamnagar) on Dt.[protected] via Invoice No.14/1327. From that day, Bluetooth Problem in my mobile. And I oftenly visit Jamnagar Service Center for the same problem but there is no solution of this problem till date. And last time I was visit, they told me with rood behaviour that – “This is company’s technical fault. We are not able to solve this”. Sir, if this is technical fault so why service centre is not solve this problem??? I also talked in Samsung Customer Center, but from there till date no action taken. They are giving me Ref. No. [protected]. But result is – Nothing. Please do the needful & oblige in this matter because my mobile’s warranty is going to expire on Dt.[protected].
