Dear Representative,
This is regarding my handset number SGH-J210. I have submitted my handset to your Samsung India Electronics, Nehru Enclave, and Kalkaji, New Delhi, India branch on 26th September, 2009.
My work order No. is [protected]. Your representatives asked me that it will take a week’s time to repair the handset and I can collect it on Saturday i.e., 3rd October, 2009 and assured that they will confirm me the status by calling before Saturday regarding the status of my handset.
Till Saturday, I haven’t received any call from your centre and the contact number given to me 011 – 40641234 was always not reachable. I called up your customer care call centre twice and they have given me the contact numbers of Mr. Nishant [protected] (M) and Mr. Mukesh [protected](M) for the update. But, unfortunately these people also never pick up their phones.
However, I went to the service centre on Saturday personally to confirm the things but your staff is highly non-cooperative. Still, they asked me to meet Mr. Vineet[protected]M) to check the status. Mr. Vineet also confirmed me that they will get my set repaired by today and I can collect it by today evening. Till now I haven’t received any confirmation from his side as well and there is no point of contact as all the numbers given above by your representatives including Mr. Vineet’s number were not answered.
Today, when i have gone to collect my handset they handed over it to me by saying that my problem is rectified and one i checked it out my problem was still as it is . And, when i asked the concerned person he replied that they have to replace the motherboard of the handset.
My question is that you handover the handsets to the customers without rectifiying their problems.
Moreover, the staff is passing on the personal comments which is not acceptable by any individual.I would like to request you to kindly take some action against your staff and train them according before recruiting and stop getting the bad name for your company as other customers are facing the same problems from service centre end.
So, I kindly request you to update me on the status of my handset & provide me with the contact details of the person who can help me out with my problem.
And, it’s highly disappointing that such a big brand like Samsung is providing such poor services to the customers.
