[Resolved]  Samsung Mobile Phone M - 600 — major defect in the set making it totally unserviceable within 15-days of its purchase

A brand new Samsung M-600 mobile phone on 06-8-07 from a Lucknow shop which developed major defcts within 15-days of its purchase making it totlly unserviceable. The set has been handed over to the shop owner has done nothing either to repair the set nor to make replacement against the same.
The set bears the guarantee for 1-yr upto 05-8-08.
I feel being cheated by a reputeed company and think of moving to the court.
Please do the needful to deliver the justice to a genuine customer
