[Resolved] Samsung Mobile Phone - Model Number: J-600 — Postponement to Repair my Mobile phone | |
I purchased a Samsung Mobile phone ( Model No. J-600) on 17/11/2007 at Hubli, Karnataka. I could not hear the callers voice, so i took the phone to the Authorised Dealers, Ratna Electronics, Secunderabad & Basheerbagh ( as I am residing in A.P at present)on 04/09/08. They checked my phone and told that the FP CB had gone bad. I requested for a dummy phone which was not given. I was promised that the above mentioned component will be available by a week. I have been calling repeatedly and they are just giving me a run around, saying that it will be available soon. Now I'm without a phone for almost 40 days. I had to borrow a friends phone to use as I cannot be without a phone for such a long time. And the most important point is that My Phone's Warranty will expire on 16/11/2008. Now I have the feeling that these people are purposely postponing the repair till I complete my warranty period so that they can charge me. If this is not the case, there cannot be any reason for them to keep postponing the repair giving illlogical & wierd reasons. Was this information helpful? | |

I have also the same model of Samsung J-600. Regarding this I want to be unlocked. I found instructions about the mobile through www.mobileunlockguide.com website. I would like know the unlock code. how do i get it?
