Delay in repair against works order No. 10820 Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I have given my Samsung Mobile (corby) Model S-3653 to your authorised dealer M/s. SIM Solutions, Sector-8, Rohini, Delhi on 20.08.10 vide works order No.7326 (purchased on 13.12.2009 ) confirming that the Touch has gone out of order and needs to be replaced and had assured me that they will be giving the set within 8-12 days with duly repaired. However, upon enquiry dealer is mentioning that it will take some more time around 10 more day, with no specific reason. Also I would like to mention here that service/customer care of the dealer is not upto the mark. Hence, I kindly request you to look into the matter and expedite the same at the earliest, as I am handicapped without communication.
