PleRespected sir, I have just before 4 months ago buy new Samsung galaxy s7562 and it suddendly shut down and again i start it shut down since last week. i have gone to customer care of samsung ,bharuch,gujarat but they told me to replace the circuit of power and told me to come after one week as circuit is not available. i want to replace my phone. i feel that my 12800 gone in wein and since five days my phone is closed so it also affect my business so i want replacement of phone. please give positive reply within 24 hours otherwise i will register complaint in consumer forum.I attach bill also IMEI no:354905/05/688677/5 354906/05/688677/3 Address of customer care: AARTI COMMUNICATION samsung service center, SF/21 shree rang palace, Behind Inox,zadeshwar road,bharuch-392015 as much information as possible... sir i have mail on1st sep and also 7th sep 2013 but they told we will provide you soon and still nothing done since 15 to 20 day my phone is dead.ase provide as much information as possible...
