[Resolved] Samsung Mobile Phone — auto switch off/on

I purchase one samsung mobile handset Model no- S3600, on 17/09/09 from M/s. Akash Electronics, Sector-18, Noida. It started malfunctioning from December 2009. I gave it for repairing to Samsung authorised service center GNH Telecom, Noida first on 17/02/10 and they returned it to me on 19/02/10 without solving the problem. I had again submitted it to the same service center on 25/02/10. They promised me that the problem will be fixed within 4-5 days. Till date (26/03/10) it is lying in the service center. I had contacted customer care no at least 6-8 times and made more than 20 calls to the regional service head of Samsung Mobile. But nothing happened.

this mobile phone is totally dull.
there are no zoom wallpapers.
phone can not received through earphone...

I gave it for repairing to Samsung authorised service center GNH Telecom, gorakhpur first on 01-1-10 and they returned it to me on 10-02-10without solving the problem. I had again submitted it to the same service center on 25/02/10. They promised me that the problem will be fixed within 4-5 days. Till date[protected] it is lying in the service center. I had contacted customer care no at least 6-8 times and made more than 20 calls to the regional service head of Samsung Mobile. But nothing happened.
