Please do not bring any sumsung mobile, because they are dose not provide the service. I have a sumsung GT S5560 mobile, unfortunately the screen was broken and i want to replace it, i agree pay to any cost, but the service center refuse it every time.

My mobile is in warranty period and it is last date is 15/02/11. My mobile's one key does not work properly, also my cabinet get bennend,i dont know how it occur and i decided to take free service from your company.But your service provider "shree cell care" does not entertain me properly and asking me for extra money. As you know during warranty period why should I suffer these problem. So please rectify my problem as soon as possible. My contact no. is [protected].

Complaint is against samsung customer care centre and Gayatri services authorised service centre for samung mobile in baroda. My samsung corby which is in warranty period had a problem with software the software needed to be reinstalled. I gave the phone for repair on 6/9/10 at the above mentioned centre. AS the technician was not available on that day they told me that the phone will be returned back after repair the next day. Its 4 days now and till now they have not given the phone back. Reinstallation of software hardly takes a few minutes. But neither the customer care centre is helping out in this regard nor the service centre personnel.These people are highly irresponsible, does not attend phone calls and do not even talk in a nice manner.

I have given my samsung mobile (model-Corby) for service at samsung service centre, Ghaziabad on 24/09/2010. They have told me to collect after 10 days and at the time of recieving they return my simcard, battery and back cover. When i have collected my phone on 07/10/2010 than my external memory shown disabled, Later on, i came to know that my memory card was missing and when i claim for memory card than the lady who recieved my phone start teaching me lesson that it is your responsibility not our to ask at that time and told me to do whatever i want. So kindly look into the matter, i will be highly obliged.

my samsung mobile model is SGH-i900 (OMNIA). It is under the problem of charging. I gave on 7/12/2009 to samsung mobile service centre, Thanjavur District, Tamilnadu to rectify the problem. the complaint receipt no. is 4721. but so far my mobile not yet serviced by the service centre. so i kindly request you to instruct them to rectify the problem as early as possible. i'm K. i have samsung L-700 but, after 6 month it exist some technical fault.But after complaint to samsung service centre & submit my mobile many many time my mobile technical problem will not replaced.And every time e says that that mobile must submit to centre minimum of 30days.And now my guarantee period of my samsung mobile expired.

I am user of samsung mobile ( Model W-619, S.No. 12C3BA83) from day one the battery back of my mobile is low, I logged a complaints regarding the same and after 10 days service center had changed the battery, it worked fine for few day but again same problem arised, and now this time there was some problem like hanging and display problem as welll as baterry backup too, I sumitted my moblie to service center( CC-28, Nehru Enclave Kalkaji Delhi, India. Ph #[protected], with work order no - [protected] on 15 July, and now 20 days is over no body is not responding, now even no body is picking up the phone. anybody pls tell me any higher authority email address
