[Resolved] Samsung Mobile S3310 — Replacement and Repair of Handset | |
I have purchased Samsung mobile 3310 IMEI No: [protected] dated 10/06/09 and Cost of the set is Rs.5500/- from Mobile zone S.C.O.289, Sector-35D, Chandigarh-160035. They told me that they are going to replace my set with in a month if any kind of problem will occur in my hand set. And I got so many problems in the set after purchase with in a month. The problems are: 1.Signal Problem, 2.Bad Battery backup, 3.Mobile switch off’s suddenly but now Samsung is refusing to replace it or even they are not ready to repair it. samsung Mobile 3310 t — Replacement
Sir,I have purchased a samsung mobile 3310 T from Ashoka General Store on 30/04/2010. One Month Before the Mike of the mobile was not working . I have deposite the hand set to the service center Rewa for Repair/ Replacement.They are Ready to Replace that but they require the packing box which i don't have.Without that they are not ready to replace that.Please help me.
