[Resolved]  Samsung Mobile - S3370 — Auto restart/charging problem

Work order no. 2756 dt. 04.11.2010 issued by M/s. Popular Telecom, Shop no. 1, Gigar Co-op. Hsg. Society, Saishingh Chowk, Besides, Sarvesh Hall, Dombivali - East, Thane Districtm Maharashtra, Pincode-421 201.

The subjected Mobile IMEI - 352674/04/035071/8 was purchased on 29.08.2010. After using for couple of months, there was problem in charging the set. Hence, it was given for repairing to your above mentioned Service Centre in Dombivali.

Regret to note that the mobile is neither repaired (Circuit board changed) nor replaced by a new one as of now. Besides, no proper/satisfactory response from the staff.

Poor service infrastructure & lackluster response

I bought samsung mobile m2710 in sep 2010 (cost rs.5400). now it frequently auto-restarts. Service center techn says main board to be replaced at a cost of rs.2000. he says, water went inside which i denied. it is not worth spending that much; it is better to go for micromax mobile which costs very cheap - within 1900 with many features. Usuf Chennai
