I have buy a Samsung mobile at-Sambalpur moriya electronic i have buy the mobile 24/08/09 the mobile fault is the 2 gb card not support when i was switch of the Samsung Mobile then i switch on the mobile & then i was play the music in memory card the mobile show root directory is full . please help me what can i do as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |

I bought Samsung S3500 on 11Sep09. When switched off and on the next day, the unit does not recognize the 2GB memory card. Still trying to replace the unit by contacting the dealer / service center who also unable to rectify the fault even after reinstalling the software. Already sent a email to support.[protected]@saumsung.com. Hope, quick action will be taken for replacement. Basically, Samsung products are good; sometimes, problem may occur -- not only samsung, but for any product. Now, it is matter of customer service after-sales which is very important.
