Dear Sir I am samsung brand ambesador(as I like Samsung products only also suggesting our friends) but fall in trouble as I purchased Samsung mobile metro S3600 & during warranty period my handset got 2 times problems & handed over to Samsung service centre Kota to resolve the problems but still having camera preview error problem network problem & getting hanging problem.So kindly give me appropiate suggession as I am too much suffered with the same set.I will be highly thankfull to you. sir,i am from pune. for the same i have used your service centre for two times but they are unable to solve the problem of my set samsung s3600.same problem i.e insert sim card is shown on screen.my set is already in waranty period.sir please suggest me the right way so that my problem and i may get faith on your company and your company's product.
