Dear Sir, I have purchased one of samsung CDMA handset with model no SCH-569 ,FCC ID A3LSCHM569 & serial no as A[protected]F1C6. This handset is having signal reception & incoming voice problem and same has been reported to Customer care as well as on samsung website, but no one has rectified the same, and with in next 20 days the warranty will be over.
