[Resolved]  Samsung Mobile SGH-620 — mobile not repaired yet by samsung service centre

Respected Sir/Madam,
i have a Samsung Mobile SGH-620 . i sumbitted my mobile on samsung service centre Ludhiana on[protected]. i recieved the messege from Samsung company on 18-sept-2009. the messege was (Dear Customer, your product has been serviced and ready for delievery. please collect your product at your earliest convenience) . but when i called on samsung service centre they told me my Samsung Mobile SGH-620 is not repaired yet. So tell me what i do now. my Mobile Serial Number is RVIQA77280Z. the samsung service centre address is ( B-37/309,Nirmal Nagar,Canal Road,Dugri,LUDHIANA-2. phone[protected],2501764.......[protected] )
