[Resolved] Samsung Mobile SGH B-200 — Not Provide good Service | |
Respected Sir/Madam, Myself Nilesh D. Parkhe purchase a New Samsung Mobile from Subhiksha Trading(Mulund) on the date 20/07/2008. Also My mobile IMEI /RSN No. is [protected] Model Samsung SGH - B200. After one month my mobile giving problem in LCD. After the problem occurs I gave the mobile to repair at Authorised SAMSUNG Service Centre (KRISH ELECTRONICS) Thane. But after one month period they had not repaired my mobile as mobile is in the warranty. When I took the Mobile on 27/09/2008 from there service centre as they told me it is repaired. But after Half an Hour same problem is occurs. Then I again returned the mobile in same service centre. But from that day They didn't called me and not given any response against my mobile repairing process. I also told them that my one and half month warranty is over in your service centre only. And I also contact SAMSUNG about this matter. But they also not provide any good service or nor given any response against my mobile. And I also waste my money to make calls to service centre regarding repairing process. Pls look into the matter immediately as my mobile is in the warranty. Pls do the needful.
