[Resolved] Samsung Mobile SGH B-210 — Fraud | |
I purchased Samsung phone last december.It continuously reboots on its own.I given it for repair at Samsung service centre in Thane on 24Sept09.( Micro services).I was informed that this is software issue & will be resolved in 2 days.After 2 days when I called up ;they said PBA part has gone bad & needs to replaced hence it will take another week.I called in after 1 week ;then they said that ;part is not available & hence I will get a refund as per bill amount.It was urgent for me to have a mobile phone hence I called the next day if they can confirm that they are actually giving the refund so that I can buy another phone.I was assured that I will get the cheque within 15 days .Suddenly on 6th Oct 09 I got a call that my phone has been repaired now &I should collect it from there.I was surprised by that since I confirmed this twice with the technician.I spoke to the "concerned" technician ; he said that I will not get the refund & I have to collect mobile phone .These guys lie too much .I spoke to my friends & they confirmed that Samsung has this reputation of such kind of problems.These guys should be sued for fraud & giving incorrect information .
