This is S.Gurunadha reddy iam useing SAMSUNG MODEL NO SGH-B 520 .its spark from my charging point at the time of charging after that its got switch of .after inspect ur samsung engineers desided PBa burn, ur people saying its not under covered.My mobile is under warenty period.ur people issued a letter to me and simple tell go and complaint to our samsung support india. kindly justify to me and replace my mobile or PBA part .i hope and execpect positve responce.all the documents attached with this mail
