[Resolved] Samsung Mobile / SGH-E530 C — Faulty Display | |
I have a Samsung Mobile/Model-SGH-E530 C. It is having a faulty display, but i am not able to find a replacement for the display of my Mobile.Can you please suggest a service centre where i can get my display problem fixed.The problem is only half the screen is displayed ,sometimes the full image shrunk to half I stay in Bangalore City,Karnataka State,Country-India. Samsung Mobile — Faulty Display
I have given the mobile set at CEE EMM SERVICES (Authorised service centre) shop no.8, 9, 10, G.Floor, Raj Place, Hukum Singh Market, Atta, Sector - 27, Noida and till date nothing has been done to my mobile as it has developed the fault in the display.It was handed over to the service centre for the fault repair on 21st day of September 2009 and still there is no hope of getting it rectified by them. And also there is no positive response from there side as every time they are making the excuses for unavailability of the parts.I have send my men at least ten times to the service centre but he has been sent back assuring him of getting the mobile repaired with in two days.But now they are saying that mobile has been sent to other place. I have suffered a lot for the same.You are kindly requested to do some thing in this regards.
