DEAR SIR, I HAD SUBMITTED MY SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONE ON 06-10-08 TO LUCKNOW SERVICE CENTER HAVING WORK ORDER NUMBER WA[protected]. THE SET WAS UNDER WARRANTY. AFTER 15 DAYS I WAS INFORMED THAT THE SET'S BOARD HAVE SOME PROBLEM AND IT OCCURED DUE TO OVER CHARGING, AND THIS DEFECT IS NOT COVERED IN WARRANTY. SIR I WANT TO INFORM YOU THAT I AM USING ORIGINAL CHARGER AND ACCESSORIES AND I NEVER CHARGE MY MOBILE PHONE NOT MORE THAN ONE HOUR, THEN HOW IT CAN GET OVER CHARGED IT WAS NOT MY MISTAKE IT HAS SOME MANUFACTURING DEFECT. I AM RESIDING IN APARTMENT AND I IN MY HOUSE THERE IS NO VOLTAGE FLUCTUATION. THEREFPRE YOU ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ADVICE THE WORKSHOP TO REPAIR THE SET UNDER WARRANTY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
