This is to bring into your notice that i had bought a Samsung LCD TV from B-3 B-1 Lock Community Center Janak Puri New Delhi - 110058.INR:- 25000.
Purchase Date :- 23rd Oct 2008.
Model Number :- 26A450
Product :- LCD TV.
The Product is of Very Poor Quality it has been only 1 year and 5 months and the TV is not in the working condition, I had called the technichian at from samsung and he said that the picture tube is not working and has to be replaced for INR :- 16000.
It has been very disturbing for me that in less than 2 years the TV's picture is been destroyed if had to compare the LCD TV with other local competitors it is worst quality experience i had faced.
I would like to complaint against the quality of the product it is in convience to the customer that the regulated bodies who check quality of the product have also failed.
Please help me on this

I have bought LG Jazz LCD tv from Girias outlet in bangalore. After some days the LCD frame is slowly getting intacted with the LCD panel and a gap is formed between the frame and panel. This formation of gap is not regular all the foursides. when i raise a complaint about this, the service center guys were telling this is a normal behavior and the design is made such that. I spoke to the higher management in the bangalore LG service center, he promised me that he will get the problem resolved. But tilldate after following up so many times also, no one from LG service center turned up. and the other side, slowly the gap is increasing.
the worst point here is, i am also the employee of LG but for different division. if my problem is not solved even by this mail, definitely i will be approaching the cosumer court. I am fully got pissed off raising service requests about this.
