[Resolved]  Samsung Monitor - Ls20puzkf Xl — MONITOR IS NOT WORKING AT ALL

Hi,

I, Navin Rohatgi,bought a samsung 20" moniter module no. LS20PUZKFLXL. This is under warranty but it is not working from last one month. I complaint for it on 13.08.2012 vide complaint no. [protected] through my mobile no. [protected]. all customer executives doing time pass, only they send four engineers ( Mr. Ankur Jain- [protected], Mr. Sachin- [protected], Mr. Vijay- [protected] and other is a very old man has no mobile phone) on different dates but till date my problem is still alive and all engineers doing also time pass at my home with family. you know what I want to say ?
This is very shamefull for such well reputed MNC. I would like to ask a simple question to Company's top level Management that Can it possible to solve my problem or not?
