I bought this phone (galaxy s advance b, model no 19070GA, lac [protected]) on 10th Aug 2012 from Anmol watches and electronics pvt ltd, sco 1043, sector 22 B, Chandigarh(Bill No: ncs14491).

I faced problem with voice quality of outgoing call on 10-Aug-2012 itself and went back to the vendor on 11-Aug-2012 and was told I should change my SIM. I did that on 12-Aug-2012 but again faced the same problem and went back to the vendor on 17-Aug-2012 as I had to leave for my work place from 12-Aug-2012 and got back on 16-Aug-2012.

The problem was confirmed by the vendor as a defect with the phone and I was asked to go to the Samsung Service Centre in Chandigarh. Now the problem is being confirmed by Samsung Service Centre but I am being told that my phone cannot be replaced since it can be replaced only within 4 days. I am being told that it can be repaired though.

My requirement was that my phone should be replaced since this is a manufacturing problem which was there in the phone when I bought it. I was sold a defected phone.
Already all this has caused me a lot of Inconvenience as I had to take leave from my work to go back to Chandigarh and show my phone to the vendor and then to Samsung Service Centre. And a lot of Inconvenience was caused while making calls as the receiver of the call is not able to understand a word because of the broken voice which is received at the other end. It was real pain as I was not able to make many important calls. Also I faced this problem on the very first day and was misguided by the vendor.

I have already mailed on samsung portal on 17-Aug-2012 but the mail went to Singapore server of yours(Reference No:[protected]) .
Then I mailed India system again on 19-Aug-2012 and then again on 21-Aug-2012 but received no reply.
Then I called their helpline number on 21-Aug-2012 and got no call back.(Complaint No [protected])
Again I mailed them and called on 22-Aug-2012 and got a call back saying that they can repair my phone but cannot replace it despite my telling him that the problem is their from the first day.

I bought this Samsung phone on 10-Aug-2012 and have not been able to use it till now and this has been quite harassing.
Also i have been trying to contact them and was getting no reply from their side.

I do not trust Samsung, even if they replace my phone what is the surety that the phone will not be defected.
If they can sell a defected piece and dont take the resposibility for it and harass the customer with their poor customer service, I will not like to use any product of theirs.
It is mentally harassing.

    I have purchased Samsung Mobile on date 13/02/2012 from NOBILE MOBILE SHOPEEE Shop no.45, Jagat farm, Gamma 1st, greater noida (bill number-750, mob-[protected]). Since starting I am facing restarting & hanging problem. I have given this mobile for repairing to TECHNOCARE service center sec-18, Noida on following dates :-

    22/06/2012 New software upload (as per TECHNOCARE service center sec-18, Noida, Mr. Vipin) Problem not solved
    04/07/2012 Mother board changed & return it after 15 days (as per TECHNOCARE service center sec-18, Noida, Mr. Vipin) Problem not solved
    26/0702012 Current new software upload (as per TECHNOCARE service center sec-18, Noida, Mr. Vipin) Problem not solved
    17/08/2012 Again mother board changed and new software upload (as per Mr.Ranjeet ji, manager of Technocare service center sec-18 Noida,) Problem not solved

    Now network is not coming in my mobile and auto restart problem to be checked.

    Sir now i am flustered , Please suggest me what to do.They are refused me to replace mobile or return the money.

    samsung mobile(galaxy s5360) — phone not working

    i have purchased my phone on[protected] from spice ,yusuf sarai.......from last 1 month its not working at all, ihave already been to samsung service center 3 times but there is waiting for atleast 4 hrs and no customer is so stupid that he/she will wait for 4 hrs there...........
    i would like u to look at this matter as soon as possible
    i would also suggest that plz dont buy any mobile phones from spice....its a request to every one

      There is a company named Samsung Engineering Co Ltd, based in Dahej Sez Area, which has more then 110 South Koreans working for a project in Sez Industrial Zone, there is a Korea Company who supply food for koreans since 2009, but till date no taxes has been paid from their end to our government and they print fake bills and prepare cash vouchers and do the payment, kindly look into this matter.

      SAMSUNG ENGINEERING CO LTD — Business visa

      Respected Sir,

      Many south koreans working for Samsung Engineering at Dahej SEZ area have come on business visa and work in the plant area, they are not paying tax to our govt and even dont register at the local police station, kindly look into this matter at this is going on since 2009.

        Dear sir

        i am samsung mobile user which i had buyied on 14 April and from 2nd day onwords only i am receiving problem for which i had complaint them many times as from that day onwords only its mother bord is damaged which i had come to know at their service center and then i had refused to take my set back. but .after when revert mail of their ceo has came to me e from their ceo,s office and then i had talked to their service manager who had promised me that take the set and after words if any problems arises regarding this you may not take your set back and i will return it .

        thinking that their manager is responsible person i had trust them and taken my set back after that two times my set has gone for checkup and once my battery was replaced and he had my signature on the paper i attached at that time also i am not sure that my mobile set was fine and i had even not checked at all he told me that you have to sign before taking the set and as i am not very sure about this paper and its merits and demerits and signed

        as he had said that it is compulsory

        now the condition is that same problems were arising as before ( or to say more than before ) as that much problem is their that i am even unable to say all my problems to them

        now pls solved my problem and keep your service men's promise

        and it is final decision that i am going to take my set this time as it is the second time

        so sir i do not wont this same to me


        today i had contact service center and i had come to know it motherboard had gone for changed

        Samsung Mobile — Damaged set given

        I bought a Samsung X650 model on January 2007 & since then I haven't used this set continuously even for a month as after every 15 days the cell is dead.there no network, battery heating up while charging etc.Inspite of repetitive complain, no action was taken.Every time they make a false promise that they have changed all the parts of the cell & this problem would not crop up any more.But things reoccur after 15-20 days.I asked them to take back the cell & provide a new one as the fault was from their side, but I was never answered by them.I would request you not to buy Samsung product and also seek help in this matter as how can I solve this particular problem of fine.
        i have purchase one samsung mobile model no j150 after sixth months his loudspeaker is not working properly when we visit to samsung mobile service center they are saying that physical damage and we have to charge rs 2500/- the mobile is already in warranty period .
        if we compare samsung mobile with nokia when nokia is thrown from upper height its is not broken
        and samsung mobile is thrown from height only one time its loud speaker is not working properly how it is possible the samsung which are only selling in the market the shopkeeper are making fools to customer tell me the suggestion as soon as possible.and take the necessery action as soon as possible its urgent otherwise we visit to consumer court.

        Samsung — damage piece given to me

        Samsung — damaged Mobile

        Hello Sir, I am Satyendra yadav and i am a student. I purchased a samsung E2152 mobile and after only half and a month the mobile give problem. It was repaired in Samsung service center.But just only 2 weeks i was used the mobile and again it give me problems. I was go to samsung service centre then service centre executives said me to repair the, 1400Rs should be charge. But my mobile is in warranty and it is second time my mobile was crashed. The cost of my mobile is only 2800Rs .
        Please sort out my problem as soon as possible...

          I had purchased washing machine from Sargam Electronics, Pitam Pura on 02.08.2012 and when representative visited for demo, I also applied for three more years extended warranty besides actual 2 years period thereby making it for five years from the date of purchase.               sir, Myself joseph joy christopher I purchased samsung hero e2232 model before 6 months which recently poses lot of problems it not getting charging but shows that it has been charging so, i reached your authorized service center in coimbatore s.j.n electronics they told me to come after 5 day to collect my mobile i got it back and again the problem presists and till now i visited your service center for more than 7 times. no proper response they can't solve my issue. for this small handset your company can't able to provide proper service means how can i believe your company for samsung galaxy etc... i have been using nokia for about 8 years till now no problem but i purchased samsung mobile e2232 within 3months this problem happen... no response from your customer care[protected] they will talk thats all no action is taken till now so, i request your authority to solve my issue in my samsung mobile e2232 which is under warranty as early as possible...

                Happy Morning!

                We always have a very good image about Samsung Products and their Services. But the incident happened to us as narrated below, have brought us bad image about Samsung and that too for High end 55 Inches LED Product & Customer Service.

                With reference to the subject cited above, I had purchased Samsung LED TV (Model No & Serial Number of TV as mentioned above) from E-Zone, Alwarpet, Chennai (Tamil Nadu) dt.4th Feb’2012, under Exchange Scheme for Rs.2,05,000/-

                We are happy to watch our new LED TV till 10th July’2012 . Later on problem arise (within a short span of five months from the date of purchase) on 11th July’2012. When we switched on LED TV it was not switched on. We thought it might because of loose connection of wire. We tried but still not able to switch on the TV. Then we lodged a complaint No.[protected] with Samsung Service Centre on 12/7/2012 and one of the Service Engineer (Mr.Tyagarajan, Mobile No. [protected] from Kodugaiyur Branch, Chennai) had attended the problem and took the Photograph. On next day, from Kodungaiyur branch, Replacement Incharge Ms.Monisha, has confirmed that it’s difficult to solve the problem and informed that she has recommended for money will be refunded. (That time our LED model TV was not available for replacement). Based on which, we accepted for refund of money and in this regard, Service Engineer Mr.Tyagarajan has got signature from my spouse in the form and informed us we will be getting the money refund in 15 – 20 days’ time. Based on the confirmation from Samsung, we had ordered for a Samsung another high end LED TV (for which we made an advance of Rs.40,000/- with same E-Zone, Alwarpet, Chennai).

                From the date of Compliant lodged (i.e.12th July’2012) to till date, my spouse has been constantly following up with Customer Service (almost for the past 38 days) till date no action has been initiated on refund of money (Rs.2,05,000/-) to us. Initially Customer Service has confirmed, the papers have gone for an approval to Head Office, Noida and we will get the refund amount in 15 – 20 days. After some days, my spouse has followed up with the Customer Service, they had confirmed that the paper has not reached the Head Office, since they have not forwarded the papers (fault of Customer Service Personnel).

                Subsequently, she has been following with the Customer Service and they had informed, initial photograph taken was not good and they will send an another Customer Service Engineer to take the Photograph of LED TV (2nd time). Another Customer Service Engineer has taken the photograph during the month of August’2012. We made a call to the Kodungaiyur branch to confirm on our status with Ms.Monisha (Replacement Incharge – whom we dealt with our initial communication) and one of the Customer Service employee respond that Ms.Monisha had resigned the job and we got an approval and promised we will get the cheque in another 10 days time.

                We are really sick and tired (almost 38 days has gone) in following up on the subject for getting refund of our big money (Rs.2,05,000/-). But till date we have not received any positive results on the subject.

                Because of the renowned image and the confidence we had with Samsung till time, we had ordered for another Samsung LED TV.

                By investing already huge sum of money for Rs.2.05 Lacs (which we are yet to get refund) and an another advance we had made for Rs.40,000/- for purchase of new Samsung LED 55 TV (SMART TV), we are under huge pressure on the subject and mental aggression. We never expect such a poor Service from the renowned Samsung.

                Would request your good office to take an immediate action on the subject to get refund of our money.

                    I have purchased a TV 29 inches in the year of 2008, Now TV not greeting on, I am calling customer care help line registered complaint on 20th-June-2012 but still my problem is not resolved, your services Engg come my home check status he told (IC) is faulty so taken the mother board after 3 days calling me told that d"not have the stock of ( IC ) so replace the full board chargeable for Rs .3000 ok agree for the same tomorrow come to your service centre Engg replaced collected money for 2600 RS working only 3 hours after same not greeting on. so Spoken with your service centre Manger Mr.Salver not responding properly.calling your Engg Mr.Malika regarding for the TV not
                    greeting your engener told this not a new board this old board my manger inform replace it old board.

                    Samsung — t.v fault

                    sir, i buy samsung tv model no.21A551M on 25.10.2009.in this month on 7/7/09, tv auto closed, i call on service center, a engineer came & change the part, tv work one day, another day its closed, i complait agien three day after a engineer came, changed the same part, within hour th part is damageed. after that i am calling on servise center from 17/7/09 for repair the tv, but the company persons are attending the complaint.

                    Samsung — Faulty samsung TV

                    I had purchased a Samsung LCD TV 26 inches from dealer based at Vasco Goa, India at a total cost of Rs. 27,500/- on 29.12.2008. The warranty of the piece has been expired. Recently at the end of June 2012 we detected some imminent defect in the TV which has the effect on picture and colour.

                    When we have opted out for a product by relying on advertisement and goodwill of the company we had very high hopes that company is a reputed company offering the TV to the customers as per the assurances and promises given to the customer through offer.

                    I called customer care and lodged a complaint No. [protected] on 03.07.2012 bringing out to their notice the emergent effect. The TV technician reported on the other day and stated that the Panel of the TV is faulty and requires replacement. On 5th we received a phone call from Samsung Gallery, Goa stating that the panel of the TV is costing Rs. 12,000/-and asked to place the order as soon as possible. We had asked for some time asked whether they can give us some discount on the spare part. But they denied for any discount on the spare parts and told to speak with the Boss, but the boss didn’t picked up the phone nor called back, may be he was very busy. It is rather surprising to know that even after replacing the spare part, there is no guarantee of smooth working of TV as spare part is having warranty of only One month. Which mean if anything happens to the spare part after one month it will cost us another 12,000/-, which is not a fair and just practise by any standard. Moreover the present cost of the same TV is around Rs. 22,000/-. How a common man can afford to spend money only for TV again and again. Since, we had purchased it thinking it is the BEST.

                    TV is just 3 and 1/2 year old and if I'm compelled to invest another Rs. 12,000/- within this sphere of time it will only speak about the bad quality of brand which may have some reputation on sale prospects of the company.

                        Hi,

                        Meself Ravindra Vaishnao purchased SAMSUNG Handset from Spice Retail Ltd. situated at Shop No. 6, 110-B, Krishna Plaza Garh Road Meerut at 19th August 2012 and within 30 days from the purchase of that Handset the handset is creating problem as the speaker sound is automatically shut off may be speaker of handset was crashed or something else any whatever it is but the retail shop employees are not interested to listen complaint even they they told now this is the matter between you and Samsung. Now I think Samsung send the defected piece to the spice retail to sell. As I suffered so much because of that and I think I will not do any deal with Spice retail Ltd. and not even suggest to any one.

                            I am having issue with my Samsung mobile handset (Galaxy R) from day I purchased it. I visited Samsung service centre many times but I am not getting proper resolution for my handset. I am fed up by there service & promises they done with me. Please help for registering a complaint against them so that other customers not suffer as I do.

                            Also they said they will change the mother board but without changing it they said we changed it.


                            You said me that your team changed the mother board but it is still same because IMEI no. is till same now & before i.e [protected] see the attached bill.

                            How can you tell a such a big lie? You said mother board is changed but if IMEI no. is same than it is not possible.

                            I have purchased Samsung Galaxy R on 02 Jan'12. I am facing issue from the same date that it gets hang & I need to jack it out the battery & jack it again. It happens 2-3 times a day & on a regular basis.
                            However I tried to manage it & not come to your service centre as due to lack of time & my business requirement.

                            But when the cell started creating more problems then I visited your service centre outlet at south city-1 GGN in April & your engg just updated the software without knowing the route cause of the issue.
                            It works fine only for 2-3 days & started creating problem again. Then I was out of India due to meetings with my clients/customer for 2 months. And on 19 June (not sure for exact date) I again given my handset on the same service centre & your guys again done a reload of software. But it worked for 1 week only & the same issue arrives.

                            After that I visited your service centre again on 26 july & again same story repeated but ended without any result. Everytime your guys reset the whole phone & everytime my so important data like contacts/documents/files/pics etc is erased. For which I have to much exercise to get back.

                            I am really really fed up by visiting your service centers & not getting a proper assurance of exact fault.
                            Have I purchased such an expensive set from SAMSUNG to get such kind of services from very first day?
                            Are your service centre guys handle your customer without knowing the fault. Means they just know only update software & reset of phone.

                            I am not going to tolerate this kind of services from you & need a surety that it will not happen again in future otherwise I will move to consumer court to use my rights.

                            Also I need the exact reason that is this set a defective one or what can be done to resolve the problem so that no one will be suffered again in future.

                            Samsung Star — Problem with Motherboard,Software should be reloaded

                            I am G. vijaya Ganesh.I Purchased samsung Star mobile on 17 th july 2009 at e-zone Bangalore.My phone model no is Sgh -2533A, Samsung Star. .The problem with the phone is totally mother board has to be replaced with the New one and the software should be reloaded once again.
                            Kindly let me know whether my handshet would be replaced with the new one .I can approach consumer court.as samsung is not ready to replace the instrument as well as ezone also.

                              My new Samsung C3222 Mobile with IMEI #:[protected] was stolen on 02-june-12, friday at 8:00 PM. The Service Provider was docomo. The incident took place when i was trying to board the G3 bus, from the Bus stop at Brigade Road Signal (Starting Point). There was a heavy crowd and while getting into the bus, my mobile was pick pocketed from the front pocket. As soon as I realized that my mobile was stolen, I got down from the bus and tried calling the number repeatedly. But there was no response nor ringtone was heard. So, I had requested for a request with customer care to block the number. But before the number was blocked, the mobile was switched off. Please help in tracking the mobile and try to get it back for me.

                                Samsung after sales support and services is the pits......they really suck.

                                Advice for anybody out there thinking of buying Samsung Products................DON'T...............the company is just interested in selling their garbage to consumers and they don't care a damn about what the customer goes through once their is sold.

                                  I had purchased Samsung Galaxy S LCD (I9003), IMEI No. [protected] on 24th Nov 2011 from The Mobile Store, Allahabad.

                                  Since the date of purchase, I have been facing a lot of problems with the mobile handset. This is for the 6th time; I have given the mobile to Samsung Service Center to get the things rectified.

                                  List of problems in this handset are:

                                  1) Small white spots are appearing on the screen – Twice the LCD has been changed by the Samsung Service Center.
                                  2) Screen fades off automatically resulting to a total screen black out. You need to restart the phone by removing the battery.
                                  3) Phone switches off automatically.
                                  4) Overheating of the phone. It seems the mobile has caught fever.
                                  5) Poor battery backup – The battery hardly lasts for half a day.
                                  6) Hangs regularly – You need to restart the mobile by taking the battery out.

                                  This is a short story of the problems being faced by me due to the defects in the Samsung mobile bought by me for Rs 18260 by paying my hard earned money.

                                  Furthermore, I would like to throw some light on some shortcomings of Samsung Service Center :

                                  1) Spares of Samsung Smartphone’s are unavailable due to which customer has to wait unnecessarily. I too have faced this many a times.
                                  2) Proper training should be imparted to the staff of Samsung Service Centers. They don’t attend customers in the manner it should be done and don’t have any soft skills. – In my real life experience I have witnessed a Samsung Service Center staff being thrashed by a Samsung customer at your Sri Ram Towers, Lucknow service center for using foul language.
                                  3) No standby handsets are being provided by your service center, when due to inefficiency of Samsung Service Center the customer has to deposit his mobile for weeks at your service center. I have used Nokia, Motorola handsets earlier and they provide standby sets.


                                  In 9 months of purchase, I have visited your Service center for 6 times. Even today on the eve of Independence Day while I’m writing you this email, my mobile is still there at your Nirala Nagar service center. I have been told it will take a week’s time to get the mobile corrected. I’m pretty sure that there is some manufacturing defect in the handset, which Samsung people are denying and trying to befool me.


                                  Due to these mobile technical snags my official work is also getting largely affected. I’m into sales and mobile has a vital role in my daily working. But due to the problems stated before, I’m not able to work efficiently.

                                  So far, I have been a loyal customer of Samsung. In my house most of electronic products are of Samsung eg. AC, TV, Refrigerator, Washing Machine. But, this kind of treatment has irritated & pissed me off completely. I’m totally annoyed and frustrated with what I have been experiencing so far with this Samsung Galaxy S LCD (I9003) issue. I had earlier informed Mr Paul (Area Sales Manager, Lucknow) regarding the mobile issues & the ill-treatment to customers at Samsung Customer Care, but no appropriate actions has been taken.

                                  Due to sheer frustration, I’m writing this mail to you. I believe you will take immediate actions to get this issue resolved.

                                  Please help me to gain Independence from the technical snags of Samsung Galaxy S LCD and Samsung Service Center.

Bill date is 30-DEC-2011, New Delhi, IMEI:[protected]. on 12th August, My phone switched off automatically after disconnecting a call. when i tried to on it, it did not on . I went to Samsung Service Center in Patel Nagar (opposite metro pillar No. 198.) New Delhi, They told me that there is liquid in the phone, but my phone even never touch the liquid. They ask me to give Rs.6500 for repair. This is not fair they are charging from the customer even phone is under warranty and there is no defect from my side.They are cheating many customers like this.
                                    Please take quick action and I request you to repair or replace my phone with new one.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have purchased Samsung 1.5 ton split AC in the month of April 2012. Till then i have experiencing problems with the AC.
                                      My AC would have hardly worked for 10 days.I have raised a complaint with the customer care for the second time in last 3 months. I had raised the second complaint before one month and till now my complaint was not looked into.

                                      My complaint number is [protected].Iam having hard time purchasing such a non working AC. Even after raising complaints and doing so many follow ups the problem is not resolved. This is the kind of service what customers face.

                                      When i search for the status of the complaint online, it shows as repair completed but it still has not been completed.

                                      I want my non working AC to be replaced with a new one. I have already adviced my friends and relatives not to purchase any Samsung products telling they sell junk and non working products.

                                      This has the reference to our previous mail & the complaint no.44214 given by you we would like to draw your kind attention that till date our complaint is neither attended nor rectified despite of several commitment from you as well as dealer side.After calling to dealer they answered in such a absurd manner that now we will not entertain your complaint and you go directly to the company.We have already filed a suit againt the dealer in consumer forum and if our complaint is not entertained & rectified within 24 hours we will file a suit against your company as well..Please do the needful at the earliest.

                                      1.5 TON SPLIT AC — Samsung customer care sucks

                                      I have purchased a Sumsung 1.5 ton split AC dated 29th May 2010 and the followng day Samsung technician has installed the same. Later I notice water leaking from the indoor unit leaving the room flooded and not even a droplet emitting from the outdoor unit. I have opend a complaint #[protected] with customer care and the it is still in OPEN status despite multiple remindrers. The good thing about customer care is - every time I call to check the status of my complaint they tend to take it as a fresh complaint pestering me with the same old questions.

                                      can someone tell me where to route these escallations to get issues of this sort fixed. I mean the phone numbers/email id's of the escallation team to convey our concerns.

                                        i have take the mobile to samsung service center where the technician is claiming that the mobile has got in contact with water, i have asked for the proof but telling it has dried. there is no chance of entering the water in the mobile, and finally the service center technician is telling the part has got rusted, if water enters how could it get dried and how could the part get rusted so soon, he is deaning to replace the part with free of cost the mobile is purchased 2 months back it is under warranty. kindly revert back as soon as possible.
