We always have a very good image about Samsung Products and their Services. But the incident happened to us as narrated below, have brought us bad image about Samsung and that too for High end 55 Inches LED Product & Customer Service.
With reference to the subject cited above, I had purchased Samsung LED TV (Model No & Serial Number of TV as mentioned above) from E-Zone, Alwarpet, Chennai (Tamil Nadu) dt.4th Feb’2012, under Exchange Scheme for Rs.2,05,000/-
We are happy to watch our new LED TV till 10th July’2012 . Later on problem arise (within a short span of five months from the date of purchase) on 11th July’2012. When we switched on LED TV it was not switched on. We thought it might because of loose connection of wire. We tried but still not able to switch on the TV. Then we lodged a complaint No.[protected] with Samsung Service Centre on 12/7/2012 and one of the Service Engineer (Mr.Tyagarajan, Mobile No. [protected] from Kodugaiyur Branch, Chennai) had attended the problem and took the Photograph. On next day, from Kodungaiyur branch, Replacement Incharge Ms.Monisha, has confirmed that it’s difficult to solve the problem and informed that she has recommended for money will be refunded. (That time our LED model TV was not available for replacement). Based on which, we accepted for refund of money and in this regard, Service Engineer Mr.Tyagarajan has got signature from my spouse in the form and informed us we will be getting the money refund in 15 – 20 days’ time. Based on the confirmation from Samsung, we had ordered for a Samsung another high end LED TV (for which we made an advance of Rs.40,000/- with same E-Zone, Alwarpet, Chennai).
From the date of Compliant lodged (i.e.12th July’2012) to till date, my spouse has been constantly following up with Customer Service (almost for the past 38 days) till date no action has been initiated on refund of money (Rs.2,05,000/-) to us. Initially Customer Service has confirmed, the papers have gone for an approval to Head Office, Noida and we will get the refund amount in 15 – 20 days. After some days, my spouse has followed up with the Customer Service, they had confirmed that the paper has not reached the Head Office, since they have not forwarded the papers (fault of Customer Service Personnel).
Subsequently, she has been following with the Customer Service and they had informed, initial photograph taken was not good and they will send an another Customer Service Engineer to take the Photograph of LED TV (2nd time). Another Customer Service Engineer has taken the photograph during the month of August’2012. We made a call to the Kodungaiyur branch to confirm on our status with Ms.Monisha (Replacement Incharge – whom we dealt with our initial communication) and one of the Customer Service employee respond that Ms.Monisha had resigned the job and we got an approval and promised we will get the cheque in another 10 days time.
We are really sick and tired (almost 38 days has gone) in following up on the subject for getting refund of our big money (Rs.2,05,000/-). But till date we have not received any positive results on the subject.
Because of the renowned image and the confidence we had with Samsung till time, we had ordered for another Samsung LED TV.
By investing already huge sum of money for Rs.2.05 Lacs (which we are yet to get refund) and an another advance we had made for Rs.40,000/- for purchase of new Samsung LED 55 TV (SMART TV), we are under huge pressure on the subject and mental aggression. We never expect such a poor Service from the renowned Samsung.
Would request your good office to take an immediate action on the subject to get refund of our money.
Anticipating your quick response and action on the subject please.

samsung mobile(galaxy s5360) — phone not working
i have purchased my phone on[protected] from spice ,yusuf sarai.......from last 1 month its not working at all, ihave already been to samsung service center 3 times but there is waiting for atleast 4 hrs and no customer is so stupid that he/she will wait for 4 hrs there...........i would like u to look at this matter as soon as possible
i would also suggest that plz dont buy any mobile phones from spice....its a request to every one
