[Resolved] Samsung — LED TV installation
I purchased a brand new Samsung LED TV in Mumbai on Monday13th Sep. The dealer delivered the TV on the 13th and informed me that someone from Samsung would install the TV the next day. I was provided a reference number from Samsung - [protected]. I have been following up every single day since 13th for someone to come and unpack the TV and install it. Obviously, I dont want to do it myself. After spending 43K on the TV, Im unable to use it because Samsung does not want to send someone to install it.
My second complaint is about my Samsung 1.5T AC. This AC has a electronic panel, which if not used regularly, fails to respond and only works via the remote. The temp of the AC resets automatically to 30degrees - Ive changed th panel once before by paying 750 bucks, and in less than 4 months, I have the same issue. I logged another ticket [protected] on Wed 15th Sep, again the same story repeats, no body calls and when I follow up, I get the same response that someone will attend to it today.
Im surprised that a Global brand like Samsung has such pathetic customer service. I hope Samsung monitors this board regulary to see what customers feel about their products and services.
Shame on you Samsung.
