[Resolved]  Samsung — LED TV installation

I purchased a brand new Samsung LED TV in Mumbai on Monday13th Sep. The dealer delivered the TV on the 13th and informed me that someone from Samsung would install the TV the next day. I was provided a reference number from Samsung - [protected]. I have been following up every single day since 13th for someone to come and unpack the TV and install it. Obviously, I dont want to do it myself. After spending 43K on the TV, Im unable to use it because Samsung does not want to send someone to install it.

My second complaint is about my Samsung 1.5T AC. This AC has a electronic panel, which if not used regularly, fails to respond and only works via the remote. The temp of the AC resets automatically to 30degrees - Ive changed th panel once before by paying 750 bucks, and in less than 4 months, I have the same issue. I logged another ticket [protected] on Wed 15th Sep, again the same story repeats, no body calls and when I follow up, I get the same response that someone will attend to it today.

Im surprised that a Global brand like Samsung has such pathetic customer service. I hope Samsung monitors this board regulary to see what customers feel about their products and services.

Shame on you Samsung.

Samsung — Installation of LED tv

I have bought a LED TV 6000 model on the 1st Oct 2009 in Mumbai , I have been waiting for it to be installed since last 3 days (from Saturday 3rd) I have been told that will come to install by 8.30 pm Saturday the 3rd, then Monday 5th and today I have been told that they will come by 8.30 pm today , its 7 pm now so far no one has come to install it .
No they tell me that they do not have the mounting bracket to mount the TV, and they have no information when it will become available.
It sounds very strange I think they are trying to save the cost of coming to install it by saying that they do not have the mounting bracket.
Well i am also facing the similar problem, i have bought 32 inches samsung LED and still it is not installed. my BP number is [protected], dont know where to go and whom to approach...

i buy samsung lcd 51k saturday they ask me company worker come in 12 hour but now 48 hour go no body come wat i do now711

Samsung — tv not installed after 13 days

I purcahesd a LED tv of SAMSUNG from Ludhiana and Shimla's address for Installation was given. Since then I have contacted about ten imes to the dealer and three times to the service centre durectly at Shimla but company men are not coming to install it. Now I want to return it back and purchase SONY in it's place.

I am facing the same issue with my TV too.
I HAVE PURCHASED LED SAMSUNG TV ON 15/11/2014 IN SAMSUNG SHOWROOM (srikakulam, andhra pradesh) but what happing is till now no one came to my home for installation. I thing duet to bad irresponsibility's in the higher authorities this was happing .
So please look at my problem and rectify as early as possible

I have purchase sumsung 40J5100 40inches full hid slim led TV so I need installation as early possible.
