I had given my audio set for repair at Samsung India's Service centre at anoop Nagar Indore on[protected].

Despite almost 5 months it has neither been repaired or any communication given to me.
1. I had gone every 15 days to service centre and was told that parts are available , pl. wait.
2. I thought I will call centralized call centre so that speedy arrangment of spares can be taken up. I called call centre.
3. complaint no. [protected] dt. 9-8-10 was logged.
4. Despite 20 calls , standard answer is sir I ensure you that it will be done shortly.
5. NO Communication to my mobile, email given by SAMSUNG.
7. Do these people have any mechanism to moniter a complaint/
8. It is 5 months. Shameless.

They can keep the product.

    i purchase a samsung mobile model no. s3500i with the price of 4400.00
    .After 7 days of purchase the handset is automatically get dead.Then i take that to the shop where i purchase it .Name of the shop is "TARINI MOBILE "which is also the distributor of samsung mobile and it has a samsung care in the district.They cant solve the problem and send it to higher branch.Then after 8 days when i went for inquiary they misbehave and not saying how time they will take to give me my mobile.whether in other shop they exchange the set which give problem newly.
    Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Samsung Mobile — SET DEAD

    i purhase a mobile model (d600) but my set is dead than i gave that set for repairing at service center at balasore(orissa) from28/72009 after some day i am going at service center for take my mobile set but my set is not ready.after that they were estimate me 3000/-to4000/- spend for this mobile than i tell them please procid and repair that but when i was visit again after 6month they tell me this set is not repair able.this set cost is 16000/- rupees when i purchase.please help me what can i do for this matter.
    I purhase a mobile model (SGH-E251) on 13/09/2009 from sonepat (haryana), during one year it worked properly, but after one year its giving problem to me, the mobile incoming and outgoing disturbing most of the time, at that time i thought that it is a sim network problem, but after a few days, my mobile got dead. no incoming and outgoing is happening in my mobile, first i go to the my vodafone customer care they told me this is my mobile problem not sim problem i went to samsung service station in sonepat many times but they refused to repair as they do not found the problem in it, i show it to private also, they given a clue to me that your network IC is not working, and there is no network IC in market to sort the problem.

    so kindly provide me proper help to resolve my problem as i am bearing so much problem .

      Nearly more than 1 1/2 weeks i given complaint in customer care that my printer not working, everyday they ll say today our engineer will come and one feedback message to mobile. It is the worst experience had it in this company not ever had in any other company.

      Samsung — useless customer service.

      I hav a double door samsung refrigerator. Past few weeks it has been leaking water in the inside. all the stored veggies get rotten because of this problem.
      Repeated complaints to the service center [Ph:[protected]] is not helping, everytime I am assured someone will attend to it and nobody arrives.
      I first complained on 05/09/2009, no one attended to it, Second call was on 12/09/2009, again no response. My third callwas on 15/09/2009 I was even given some id [protected].
      Pathetic service.

        Worst After Sale Service
        I bought samsung mobile C3053 in august 09, I was convinced to see the battery backup specification in the product details at samsung website that said talktime upto 7 hrs and standby upto 340 hrs. To my surprise it's battery was drained out in 24hrs after the first charge and never improved.

        When approached BTM Service station in bangalore they replaced the battery but that didn't work, after that they observed the battery backup for few days and told me they get battery backup of two days which certainly is lie but still far less than meeting the specifications.

        Since than from last one month around 8 times have been to this service center and everytime they tell me they get it for 48hrs and phone is good. after figthing with them they will direct me to a new person who will keep it for observation again.

        Buy samsung at your own risk....

        samsung c3053 — poor service and irresponsible service center.

        I got a samsungC3053 mobile on 14/5/09. I never had a memory card inserted or neither any change and within 2 months the mobile stopped working i.e. it completely hanged. since it was under warrenty I took to the service center jodhpur on 10/7/09. since then I have been continuously visiting the service center but I havent got my mobile back. they say that the mobile has been send to jaipur for repairing.
        I dont understand what s the use of service center in jodhpur if the phone goes jaipur for repairing. and why its taking such a long time. I am really fadup of visinting service center again and again. since my home is 10 km distance from service center. Its feels very cheated by returning empty handed back to home.
        I hope you guys will have some solution for this or atleast help me to get my mobile back.

          why samsung provide very low text message capacity........... So please increse your one of the bigest drawback, because all customers are not satisfied about this perticular problem.........If you you implement that problem then it is better for you & also customers..........           i am also facing similar problem.. with my samsung corby colors... i have a total of 200 msg memory available... but my sim memory is full... now everytime a new msg comes it tells me to delete msg..
          i tried looking for setting to make a default sms memory as phone... but there is no option... again... i cant even move my msg from sim to phone... is there any other option rather than deleting sms from sim.

            i m having a complaint regarding the samsung service center akota baroda i have a problem in my samsung (b-5722 )mobile. it was in the warranty period.. i have mother board problem with the cellphone. they have taken my set and they told me that they will repair my set within a week but they didn't reply me and when i call them they mostly didn't picked my call and not replying me.... so pls help me out in the matter....

            samsung mobile b5722 — complaint against service center

            THERE IS A SERVICE CENTRE OF SAMSUNG MOBILE INDIA NAMED SIM SERVICE SOLUTION CENTRE AT SEC-8, ROHINI, DELHI AND I HAD GIVEN MY MOBILE PHONE SAMSUNG MODEL NO B-5722 FOR REPAIRING AS THE SERVICE ENGINEER TOLD THAT SERVICE ENGINEER WHO WILL CHECK THE FAULT IS OUT OF THE CENTRE SO I LEFT MY SET IN THE SERVICE CENTRE AND LATER ON WHEN I ASKED THEY REPLIED THAT THERE IS A FAULT IN THE MOTHER BOARD OF PHONE AND WE HAVE TO REPLACE THE MOTHER BOARD OF THE ABOVE SAID MOBILE AND IT WILL TAKE15 TO 20 DAYS.I ASKED FOR ANOTHER SET FOR A SHORT TIME SPAN IN PLACE OF MY SET,THEY REPLIED WE HAVE NO SUCH OPTION FOR THIS. AFTER 20 DAYS I WENT TO THE SERVICE CENTRE AND THERE I MET TO ARCHNA, WHO TOLD ME THAT IT WILL TAKE MORE 15 TO 20 DAYS TO REPAIR YOUR MOBILE


            IF ANY SERVICE CENTRE TAKES APPROXIMATLEY 20 DAYS AND A CUSTOMER ASKS FOR MOBILE PHONE FOR TEMP USE SO LONG AS THE SERVICE CENTRE DOES NOT PROVIDE THE SET WHICH A CUSTOMER HAS LEFT FOR REPAIR NOW I WANT TO ASK YOU IS THERE ANY PROCEDURE OR NOT?

            I HAD ALREADY TALKED TO MANAGER REGARDING ABOVE THREE LINES AND HE HAD REFUSED ME.

              I purchased a 1.5 ton Samsung Window Air Conditioner om April-2006. During first, Fourt years, it was working properly. On start of this season, I approached Eye Care Samsung Authorised Service Centre, West Delhi, HA-24, Shivaji Marg, Nazafgarh Road, Karampura, Delhi for its routine service and gas filing. They took it to their workshop and returned after a week time. On operating it, we found that this was not working efficiently and cooling was not good accordingly the matter was again reported to the agency. They again took the A.C. and retunred after two or three days. But this time also, the A.C. was not working properly. Against First service a payment of Rs. 1,500/- was also made. Throughtout the season, this practice continued and A.C. was not working properly. The engineers visited my residence, told a new problem again and again and continued to charge with bills or without bills also. Now again on 30.8.2010, when A.C. was not cooling the room, I lodged a complaint on [protected] vide No. [protected] and in response of same, an engineer from Service Centre, Sector-7, Dwarka visited my residence. He told that the cooling coil of the A.C. needs replacement and it will take around Rs. 3,000/-. Becuase of this attitude of engineers and service agencies of reporting a new problem and intention to charge more money, complelled me to report this matter to the Samsung India. I think the engineers visited were not capable to read the problem and take action accordingly. Either, they were doing experiments with the A.C. to repair it or they were intended to charge money in this way. Because of the things explained above and happened with me, not only, I have suffered throughout the season but also paid a lot of money. Apart from this, I was more surprised on 31.8.2010, when the engineer visited us, explained us that the wall and floor of your house are hotter and this is why the A.C. is not cooling and the statement of Engineer was supported by the person attended the call from Dwarka Service Centre who told his name as Rishi. This was more surprising when the A.C. was cooling perfectly for the first, four years. I failed to understand this fact, as to whether the service engineer should have told this fact to a customer or to the company. I think, if the statement of service engineer and Rishi is considered correct, then Samsung should take steps to enhance the capacity of A.C.s as the natural tamperature of the room where A.C. has been installed is approx. 35 degree centigrate now a days.

              I hope suitable action will taken to reduce my trouble.

SR-A19 NFO,the bottle shelf of my refrigerator was broken and i approached to samsung service center at moradabad and there my requirement/complaint noted at complaint register at sr no 289 on dated[protected],i visited several times to samsung service center but they were unable to fulfill my requirement.

                to samsuung customer care service,
                sub:- delay service and failure compresser 2 times in a pick season. during 2 years.
                we have purchased SAMSUN RSH1DBPE on 7-4-2010 from MS/ Bharat electronics/ Ranchi and the compressor failed on oct. we have reported it and they given service to us after 15 days. again its compressor is failed now. now we have requested to mater in the customer care and it is started that no compressor is available at present and it will take more that 15 days. our coplain no. is [protected] dated 4.4.12 under this season we are suffuring much in the hot seasons and approaching you to have suitable and promt action.

After all they fix old system jali and compressor fixed back side fridge. I purchase therse refrigerator at the high cost 32,000 Rs., because We think one time investment. This is fully imported piece Made in Korea. As your dealer say, thats all... I COMPROMISE.

                    I had lodged complaint number BP [protected] on 21 Aug 10 with the Samsung customer care for replcement of AC fan which was making a noise because of a cracked blade. after nearly four days and umpteen phone calls later, a mechanic Mr Iqbal came and saw the problem. he noted down requirement and said that the spare part will have to come from Faridabad.no response thereafter. Many calls later they gave me the number of Mr Acharjit singh, incharge of repairs. he sent two mechanics after a day but they came with blower instead of fan. many more days have passed and trillions of phone calls later today they have noted down new complaint. there seems to be no accountability and changing a fan being a 15 minute job has not been completed even ten days later.
                    I don't know how a worldclass multinational like samsung is so poor in their after sales service. maybe they think that Indians are stupid enough to keep buying our products irrespective of quality of service. Unless the company takes some quick action to salvage its lost reputation, I and many people that I know aren't likely to ever buy another samsung product.

                      I bought a samsung omnia handset on 11th aug 2010. The operating syatem of that handset was corrupt. On 12th I went to the service center to get it replaced. They said they will repair the phone without informing me that samsung has a replacement policy if a new handset is found defective within seven days. I submitted the phone. Later on receiving the phone on 24th I encountered the same problem. Now they have given me a DOA certificate to get the phone replaced from the retail outlet from where I bought it but they are not ready to change the handset. The samsung manager is saying that he has done his part and cant help further.I am really confused what to do next.Kindly help asap.

                      samsung omnia — bad service

                      I have purchased the latest samsung omnia mobile (Rs. 26000/- ) on 13/06/09 from mobile store city center kolkata .They have all time tried to sell samsung mobile (High commission) & I also fall their trap like others.But ,after three months I face some problem on touch screen & generally like other people I tender this mobile to service center 12 Roudon street,kolkata on 8/9/09 but till to day they said the mobile is not ready to delivery because they have no parts.My question is if they cant supply parts of the high end mobile they why should they sell ???????????????????

                      samsung omnia mobile — very poor service

                      i have bought a samsung mobile i-900 on 06 october 2009 from The Mobile Store in kolkata. on 22 July 2010, the mobile on being switched on did not respond correctly. on sending it to the auth service center on 23 july 2010,vide their work order No - W 707 H, the CS Personnel, it was said that the touch screen is not working , though it seemed to be a software malfunction to me. However, i was told to get the delivery on the 02 August 2010 and further on 05 August 2010. On 05 August the delivery date had again been re schuduled for 10 August 2010. This is been done by the "Authorized Cervice Centre" of Samsung in Vasant Vihar under District office at UG-30, Suneja Tower -2, Janakpuri , Delhi -58. This has not only caused harassment at this end but also unethical at the company's end. i would strongly recommend you to take stringent action against the culprit and cease to cause unnecessary inconvinience to the customer.                         I bought a refrigerator of Samsung company last year in the month of May, 2009 but now from 15 days onwards I am facing one problem that the ice from super freeze zone is coming out from the super freeze zone box and it is blocking the coolness to circulate the entire fridge.                           i m having samsung corby mobile phone and it started giving problem in 10th month after purchasing. i have given complaint nad phone to samsung service center at ankleshwar and they tried to repair it but failed to do so. everytime they will do something in it but the problem remains same. finally for third time complaint they said that we have tried changing touchpad and some circuit also but problem not solved so we cant do anything more than this...if they cant do anything than they should provide another handset to ma as it ts still in warranty period.
                          now if i ll take that cell to another service center than they will say that it is already opened by someone else. but it was opened by samsung service center themself

                            Your customer services are very poor.I purchased an A.C. 3 moths back, Cooling is not good this A.C.BEFORE THREE DAYS RUNNING ONLY BALLOR. I registered a complaint three day back, but your employee daily calls to visit but theyare not comming three days.If i knew that your product & services are so worse, so i never purchase samsung product.Now i suggest that no body purchase samsung product, because your service is very poor.

                            Samsung split A.C — Very very poor service

                            Dear readers,
                            I have purchased a Split A.C last year now i am facing some problem in that product.I longed a complaint to customer care last week they promised to rectify the next day.
                            I used to receive daily one call from local service center that some person is coming to attend the service but till now that day has been come yet.
                            from last 5 days i have made lot of std and local to contact samsung service dept. After a consistent follow-up, local service center of Samsung and main branch but its all waste..
                            I got highly irritated with this kind of behavior from the service people of Samsung. I wasted a lot of money on telephone, mobile and fuel. And I don’t want to waste any of my money.
                            LAST BUT NOT THE LIST I ADVICE ALL PEOPLE GO FOR THAT PRODUCT WHO CAN GIVE U GOOD SERVICE AND I DONOT ADVICE TO GO FOR SAMSUNG PRODUCT.

                              I am using a samsung star S5233A mobile phone. This month there was a problem that just after charging completely the phone battery dropped in 10 minutes only and then it got switched off. Despite charging many times it was the same status. Then I visited the Lakshya Service centre in Rohini Sec-4 for service. The guy there named Pramod said that the service charge Rs 75 is applicable and post examination they will tell me the actual expense and then would only they replace the faulty part. After some days I finally got a chance to speak to the service centre and they said that the motherboard is changed and when I asked the reason of not taking my consent, they said we will cll you back. Now, I got a call in 10 min saying that my phone is ready and there was only a minute problem. They charged me Rs 275 and I collected the phone from the Sec-4 Rohini Centre. There the guy did not have a battery so wanted me to check the phone at home. When I checked it, there was still the same problem. He said if the problem persists, I can visit the Service centre at Shiva market myself.I did that. They checked the phone and gave to me saying now, there will not be any problems but I need to charge the phone overnight as the battery is deep discharged.
                              When I went back home, the phone never switched on!!!
                              Again I visited and they said that the motherboard is dead so I need to replace it.
                              Now, when I asked them that had it been dead, the phone would not have started earlier post service but it was just showing the 'battery drop' problem.
                              They said we can not helpp it.
                              I took the number of their MD but that number is incorrect.

                              Please look into the matter as I have serious concerns of my phone parts being changed and their change of statements every time strengthens my doubt.

                              Pathetic mobile phone & service

                              I purchased a 5233 on 30th June 2010, which within a week or 2, it blanked out (No Display). The same was deposited for repair at your Vashi Service Center on 31/7/10, Model # s5233s
                              I was told that the phone will be repaired within a week's time and was adviced to collect it with prior phone inquiry at the service centre #[protected]. Even after 5 weeks, 2 visits, and innumerable calls (which are rarely answered) at the service center every time I am informed that the phone will come on Tuesday eve, I need to collect it on Wed.

                              I spoke to samsung call center SR # [protected] (Vikas 1230 Hrs, 21/Aug), with a promise to call back. No revert yet.

                              Spoke to Mr Prashant-ASM on +91-[protected] who promised to provide a resolution by 23rd Aug. (Not answering the phone now). No revert yet.

                              Is this what Samsung product all about (non-functional phone in a weeks time)? Is this what Samsung service all about? (5 weeks no phone service) Is this what Samsung promises are all about? (non delivered)

                              I am a lawyer and constantly need phone for my profession. I am totally regreting my decision of buying a samsung product.

                                I bought a 22 inch Samsung LCD TV 14 months back and its already not working. Called the samsung customer service guy and he said that the panel is damaged and will have to be replaced. Panel cost for the 22 inch LCD is INR 10,000 which is more that 45% of the cost of the TV. Says that it has only 1 year warrenty. In general have been researching and have found that these companies have been selling poor quality LCDs in India. Not worth investing 10,000 every 6 months. Will never buy a Samsung product again. Had got the TV as had heard Samsung was the best. Thats not true. More seems to be a new way of making quick money. Sure this will also spoil the reputation of the company. Already advised my folks not to buy an LCD and not to buy Samsung.

                                The same case has happened with me. It's just money down the drain. I am wondering if any action can be taken against the company, because it seems as if the TV was designed to last only for the warranty period.

                                    I purchased Samsung GT-C3010S in the month of November 2009 and bill of the same has been lost due to some renovation work at home.

                                    From last two days I receiving problem that shows "insert sim card", as cell is already loaded with sim card.

                                    Yesterday I went Samsung Mobile Service Centre for the repair of the same, but they denied for the servicing of mobile due to unavailability of Bill Copy.

                                    I told them to trace the Product Sr. No. and Mfg. Date on the box, but still they denied to service for the same.

                                    As on the Mobile Box, Mfg. Date is Nov. 2009 and product sr. no. is RD5SB61492J.

                                    I have attached Photo of Cell and Box with this mail for further review.

                                    this is to inform you that i have purchased a samsung mobile modle no SCH-W259, EMEI NO-[protected]. After 2 months the mobile is dead i had given it to service centre (address:- c-38 city centre sec-4 bokaro steel city jharkhand)for repair on 10/11/2010, since now i had visited the service centre several times but did not get any positive responce i even speaked to several persons of your company but did not got any responce . now what to do please guide.
