Dear Mr. Ranga ( Bangalore Service centre), It is Pathetic service support by Service depertment. It is very strange on behalf of Mr. Dev Raj informing me on phone that commercial replacement for the Microwave oven( April,2007 purchanse) can only be given. You said You can not repair it as spare parts are not available. I ask one thing why Samsung sold the product when you can not supply the spare parts even for 4-5 years?
