[Resolved]  Samsung Nano Wash Washing Machine 8 0 Hag / Xlt Silver — NON COMPLIANCE WITH COMPLAINT LODGED VIDE COMPLAINT NO.[protected] DATED 18 MARCH 09

Dear Sir,

Kindly take necessary action towards repair of above mentioned washing machine under waranty at the earliest. It has been repeated request through your local service centre, dealer (M/s Arcee electronics -Panvel) and to your toll free customer care at Chennai since 18 Mar 09 till date. However the same is not completed till date. As it is washing machine; we need to use it on regular basis but no one is serious about it from your end. If this is the kind of service then I am sure that the trust and faith which is with customer will not able to sustain for long.
