I purchased a Samsung Nexus S mobile from authorized vendor in Surat, approx 4-5 months back.. The Samsung handset turned out to be a faulty piece. Upon my request the vendor took my office person to Samsung authorized service station in Surat for technical verification. After few days the report came the piece is faulty and the vendor replaced the handset with a fresh one. Very soon the second piece also turned out to be a faulty handset. The vendor, after technical report had accepted back the second handset but he couldn't replace second time because Samsung has discontinued that Nexus S model. Now the vendor has informed me that he can supply newly launched Samsung Nexus S subject to rate difference which I will have to bear.
I attempted several times to talk with Samsung customer care but they do not respond properly and each time a new executive attends with whom I have to repeat the whole episode. Customer care also doesn't put me across to senior person. Despite my several attempts Samsung customer care has not sent me any refusal email, but each time I email them I only receive automated reply that someone from Customer care will call me soon, but only once have they really called, rest all times I only call them. My request to Samsung is that it is not my fault that your two handsets were faulty and then that model was discontinued. I only desire replacement, if they have new model at their disposal then they should provide me with newer one. but they do not agree.
