Samsung — Non delivery of Item and no response from customer care | |||
I had ordered (Order Number: 1174924) a Samsung Tab 2 from the Samsung India Store on 26 Aug 2013 at Rs.15057. Till date neither i have received the product nor any information on the product. I discussed this issue with the customer care department and they assured me to resolve the issue within 48 hrs, but the issue remains the same. No action has been taken to resolve the issue and no information regarding the same has been provided to me.
