Samsung — Non receipt Of diwali free gift with refrigerator | |||
Respected sir, I purchased a samsung frost free 303 liter refrigrator on 16/10/2012. On purchase of this item the samsung company is offering a free mobile which is to be deliever directly to the home address after proper verification by samsung service engineer. My refrigrator is verified by service engineer on 22/10/2012 also i gave him a photo copy of my purchase bill. The service engineer assured me that i will receive my mobile with in 20 days. Now it has already been 40 days passed away. And i have still not recieved any gift from samsung india.
