[Resolved] Samsung — Non reliable product samsung LED TV | |||
I have bought Samsung 40’’ LED TV UA40D5900 Apr 2012 for Rs 60000. It was the worst ever product i bought. The TV started giving trouble just after the warranty period was over. Now a black line appears on the center of the TV. Upon complaining the service person finally came after 4 days on repeated calls. When they came they right away say usage was not proper without seeing the TV. Seems like this is a common issue with samsung LED TVs. They have this readymade answer. To fix this, the service person was suggesting to change the complete display which cost around 25000 Rs and there is no warranty for it. I am just putting this post just to share my experience with samsung and alert people to considers these problems before purchasing a LED TV. Was this information helpful? | |||
