Samsung — NOT ACCEPTING WARRANTY | |||
Myself Ameer Syed Having taken SAMSUNG-LCD/43E400 on 12 June 2012 feeling very disappointed by the response given from Samsung authority , as my TV suddenly started burning even though it was switched off. Later got to know from the cable operator that, there was some problem in the TV. Soon after , we reported this to samsung authority. But they are not agreeing after investigation from past 12 days. The most sad part is i' am claiming the tv within the warranty period, and they are not ready for the compensation. Also, i have paid insurance every month which they are not considering. It is really suprising that how can they cheat the customers after having investigation for so long by them and taking all the authentic documents by us. I would say a big NO to Samsung Brand , if they are not replacing my tv. Hoping that my complaint will be considered by Samsung Authority very soon. Was this information helpful? | |||
