[Resolved] Samsung — Not Replacement Manufacturing Defects | |||
Hi, I have Purchase Samsung laptop 7-Oct-2012, Model no.Samsung Laptop NP30E5X-A01IN, after one month laptop have some problem so i logged call in samsung service center than my laptop handover the service center engineer and resolve the my problem. and after sometime laptop have some problem again and again my laptop goes so many times in service center but laptop actual problem not resolve still, Now my laptop plastic cover loosed and i was complaint in services center but last two months they round up me but still not resolve any problem and still not get any resolution from samsung department. My complaint no. is -[protected]. They told me you will pay for service of laptop but i have extended 2 year laptop warranty.my lapto details under below mention. They dont replacement of my laptop and not given any written detail abt my laptop.
