I bought Samsung Galaxy S2 for 30000Rs. After two month o[censored]sage, the phone is getting overheated.

I am really frustrated with the response from the service center. I have visited the service center atleast 3 - 4 times in the past 4 months. Each time the service center would do the software update and the problem persited as it is. Now they have come up with the new solution to replace the motherboard.
I am really dissatisfied with Samsung and the service provided. Is there any way to get my money back / new mobile ? Could any one help me on this issue. Was this information helpful? |
