RESPECTED SIR I WAS BOUGHT SAMSUNG GT-S3770K ON[protected] IN NELLORE.IT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY FROM THE DAY ONE.THE PHONE IS SWITCHING OFF WHEN TRYING TO INSTALL GAMES AND APPS.ON THE TIME OF PURCHASE THEY SAID THAT IT WILL SUPPORT DOWNLOADED GAMES.IT WAS ALSO IN THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE MOBILE. BUT IT WAS NOT SUPPORTING GAMES.I CALLED SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CENTRE ,THEY ADVAISED TO GO TN NEAREST SERVICE CENTRE.I WENT THE SERVICE CENTRE, BUT THEY SAID THAT THEY CANNOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THEY ARE NOT GIVING RESPONSE PROPERLY.THE PHONE COST IS 5000,THE MOBILES O 4000 ARE ALSO SUPPORTING GAMES.BUT MY PHONE WAS NOT SUPPORTING DOWNLOADED GAMES. THIS IS TOTALLY CHEATING.
