I had registered a complaint about my Samsung TV (model CS-29Z40MV)problem on 1st August at Samsung toll free number. My complaint was registered and engineer Mr. Ahirkar from Samsung Service Centre Nagpur (Chankya Enterprises) visited on 2nd August. He checked the TV and told me that zigzag IC is damaged and it is not available anywhere and TV need to be replaced. When I told him that this is not the solution to the problem. He said that he will carry the PCB of TV with him and check the availability of Zigzag IC. When i asked whats the point in carrying PCB with u to check the availability of Zigzag IC? He kept the PCB and left saying that he will revert back to me in 1 day with ststus of zigzg ic. When i asked him his and his seniors contact number, he did not share. I failed to understand why did he want to carry PCB with him? (Probabely to replace the good PCB parts). Also he charged Rs. 150 as visit charge.
He did not get back to me till date.
I called on call center number 4 to5 timesand every time they told me that somebody senior will get back to me with solution. Nobody called me for my problem.
Today when i called i was told that my complaint is closed as IC is not available. Nobody haad informed me about the same.
I am suprised and puzzled by such poor services by Samsung. If spare part is not available its not my problem. why should i suffer because of Samsung poor services.
I want the IC to be replaced by Monday or else i will escalate the matter to the highest level. Pl understand my situatiuon. How much would have i been suffered as i am writing such a mail.
I expect a revert from Samsung team by tomorrow followed by apology and replacement of IC.
Expecting quick revert and action.
