I have purchased samsung galaxy duos mobile phone 3 months before but its not working properly. i purchased it from mobile store in andheri, mumbai. i asked the person about the result of this mobile & he said its a very good mobile to use but since day i purchased i never work a day properly with this mobile. i want my money back which i paid for this mess from samsung or mobile store. please help me with that. siddhesh vengurlekar.
