[Resolved] Samsung R1043 Washing Machine — Poor and inefficient service | |
Hello, I have purchased a washing machine (Model R1043, Make - Samsung) on 31 March 2007. Last week due power voltage fluctuations it got damaged. So I launched a complaint at after sales service. Same day the service engineer attended the complaint and told me that the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) got damaged and need to taken back to service centre for checking. At that time I was sure that, this can not be serviced and need to replace the damaged PCB with a new one. So, I asked the service engineer to replace it immediately if possible. Then service engineer and his team have taken a weeks time to just check if the part is serviceable or not. Now they are saying that it has to be replaced, part is not in stock and will take 4-5 days more to receive the part and then they will replace it. During this time I have called almost 50-60 times to discuss the status and every time I used to get same answers. It was their decision to check the part, I have already given green signal to go ahead and replace the part. Due to this I have suffered a lot of pain and now I am fed up with these people.
