i had sent a 180ltr reffrigerater to samsung servise center, "Electro Lab Muzzaferpur, Bihar, with cmplain of top broken. The service said that the product will be changed. But after serverl telephonic talk, the servise center do not do the same. So, after one & half year I lodge a compalain on nehelpli on 15.06.2008 with BP no.-[protected]. But there is no response by service center.After one month I made another call on helpline on 16.07.2008, the helpline no respond that, BP no.-[protected] has been
closed. I asked WHY ? Then on helpline no.register another complain with same BP NO.-[protected].
Both the complain will SMS on my mobil. But till date 21. 07.2008 there is no response by servise center.
